We need:
· Melted butter

· Cocoa powder

· 200 gms dark chocolate (70%)

· 150 gms butter (softened and cut into pieces)

· ¾ cup ground sugar

· 4 eggs and 4 yolks

· ¾ cup ground oats

· 1 tsp baking soda

· 1 tbsp cocoa powder

· Little milk if you want the batter a little loose.

What to do?
Melt the chocolate and butter together and allow it to cool for a little time. Whist eggs, yolks and sugar together. Add flour, oats and baking soda and beat it well. Then add the melted chocolate to it. Add milk to loosen the batter. Take baking cups. Coat it with melted butter and cocoa powder. Freeze them for 10 minutes before transferring the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees till the fondant rises and flowers out of the ramekin.

Melt the chocolates and butter. Remove from heat and whisk sugar and vanilla. Add one eggs at a time and whisk thoroughly. Now, add all the other dry ingredients. And mix it with some nuts or chocolate chunks of you feel like. Transfer it to a cake pan and bake for 35-45 minutes. It is now, ready!

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine the butter and castor sugar in a deep bowl and whisk well using a whisk till light and fluffy. Mix in condense milk before adding the dry ingredient mixture and make a nice soft dough. Rest the dough in the fridge for 20 minutes. Make shapes of your choice from the dough and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 160°c (320°f) for 25 to 30 minutes. Now, melt the chocolate in a microwave. Dip half of the cooled and baked cookies and freeze it again. Relish these delightful chocolate cookies.
