1.Mint Lassi
Ingredients:
Thick curd
Sugar
Water
Mint
Dried pudhina
Icelassi

Method:
Thick curd, sugar, pudhina, water, ice anni blender lo esi blend cheyandi.
Blend ayaka, pour it into a glass.
Ice esi garnish with mint.

2.Banana Hazelnut Lassi
Ingredients:
Thick curd or yogurt
Banana
Walnuts (or include Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, almonds and pine nuts)
Flax seeds and Sesame seeds
Honeylassi

Method:
Blender lo yogurt, bananas, walnuts, sesame seeds, flax seeds inka honey esi creamy aye varaku blend cheyandi.
Ice esi, chopped walnuts to garish chesi serve cheyandi.

3.Punjabi Lassi
Ingredients:
Yogurt
Sugar
Cardamom powder
Rose waterlassi

Method:
Yogurt lo sugar esi blen cheyandi
Tharavaatha rose water inka koncham water eyandi
Glass lo vesi cardamom power inka sliced pista or kesar esi serve cheyandi.
