2-4 eelaichi /cardamom
1-2 Dālcina cekka/cinnamon stick
1 cup ulipayalu / onion (roughly chopped)
Salt to taste
2-3 pachi mirchi/green chillies
1 tsp aalam velulli paste / ginger garlic paste
1 bunch pudina / mint leaves
A bunch of kothimira / coriander leaves
1/2 cups water

Method:telangana vantakalu

Basmati rice ni aaraghanta sepu neellalu nanapetandi
Vedi neyyai lo lavangalu , eelaichi, dalcina cekka, jeelakara ni vesi baga veyinchandi.
Ulipayalu , uppu inka pachi mirch vesi baga veyinchandi.
Aalam velulli paste ni vesi oka nimisham patu baga fry cheayndi.
Pudina inka kothimira aakulu vesi oka nimisham patu fry chesi, sari pada water ni poyindi.
Water boil ayna tarvatha, nanapetina basmati rice ni vesi cook cheyandi.
Boiling point ochina tarvatha, mutha peti annam cook cheyandi.
Garnish with deep fried onions and serve hot with chicken curry or any pulusu.

1 tsp aalam velluli paste /ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp yendu mirchi powder / chilli powder
1/2 tsp dhanyala podi/ coriander powder
coriander leaves / kothmira
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp Yendu kobari podi
1/2 cup perugu / curd

Method : telangana vantakalu1/2 kg mutton ni cooker lo 2-3 whistles ochey varaku boil cheyandi.
Vedi oil lo ullipayalu , dalcina cekka, lavangalu inka eelaichi brown colour ochey varaku fry cheyandi.
Onion fry aayaka yendu kobari podi , gasagasalu , aalam velluli paste inka chilli powder ni vesi baga fry cheyandi. Koncham water add cheyandi.
1/2 cup perugu inka koncham nimma rasam yesi fry cheayndi.
Udakapetina mutton ni vesi baga fry cheyandi.
Last lo dhanyala podi vesi brown colour ochey varaku fry cheyandi. Kothmira tho garnish chesi serve cheyandi.
