Vijay Mallya who had become the fodder for internet meme rage with his disappearance act, has finally spoken out his version of “truth”. He took to his twitter handle to express his displeasure towards ‘false’ accusation run by a leading news medium, Times Now. Earlier this week the Supreme Court had issued a notice to him for non payment of loans to 13 banks. Mr. Mallya immediately seemed to have left the country for good.
In a series of tweets, Mallya accused Times Now editors of deceit, libel and slander. He later justified his present abscence by quoting that he was a business of repute and that involved him travelling the globe. It is worthy to be noted here that, SC has given Mallya two weeks to respond to its notice, and authorities have been trying to work out a way to bring him back to India.

The editor of Times Now needs to be in prison clothes and eat prison food for libel, deceit, slander and absolutely sensational lies.

As an Indian MP I fully respect and will comply with the law of the land. Our judicial system is sound and respected. But no trial by media.
