Telugu directors do have a recognition across the nation in their own way. For the commercial aspects they are specialised in, they always have an edge over others. There have been times when Telugu directors were taken on board in other languages. While few continued to make cinema simultaneously in other languages as well, some of them directed just one or two. The new lot of directors are now trying their hand in bilingual projects. We hope they make us proud!
