Cucumbers are the best things to eat at anytime of the day. Morning breakfast mundu or dinner tarvata, whatever be the time we can have this veggie. Idi normal ga cubes or slices laaga tinochu or add some masala on it and eat it. ivi basic kakunda there are other things to make.

2. Chilled Cucumber Soup

· 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped

· 1 Tbsp yogurt, heaped

· 7-8 mint leaves, chopped

· 1 clove garlic

· Salt and pepper to taste

· 2 tsp lemon juice

· 2 cups vegetable broth

Lets first make some vegetable broth. Take some Onion, garlic, coriander, mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and other veggies of your choice and add some water. Boil this for nearly an hour and simmer it for 30-40 more minutes. You can sieve the veggies off or puree it removing just the leaf. Pureeing it is a better option to thicken soups. Blend the chopped cucumbers in a mixi. Add to it Vegetable broth, yogurt, mint, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Blend it all together. Keep it in the fridge to cool.

3. Cucumber raita

Grate some cucumber, carrot, onion and chop some chilly, coriander. Add them to whisked curd. Season it with enough salt and have it with any kind of rice or chapathi too.3 cucumber tasty and healthy
4. Cucumber and Capsicum sandwich

Dice 1 cucumber and capsicum into small cubes. Place them in a bowl together. Season it with oregano and chilli flakes Apply mint chutney. And place those diced veggies between two slices. 5. Cucumber Paneer Sandwich
