Pancake is a very predominant breakfast item in other countries. Mana countries lo very few follow it and we get them in breakfast buffets. Kani there are many recipes you can make to have a really yummy pancake early in the morning.
1. Indian Pancakes

2. Classic Hot Chocolate Pancakes.
We need:
·1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
·1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
·3 tablespoons white sugar
·1/4 teaspoon salt
·2 eggs, at room temperature
·1 1/4 cups milk
·1/2 teaspoon vanilla
·2 tablespoons melted butter
·1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
What to do:
·Whisk wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls and whisk them together.
·Add the chocolate chips.
·Pour the batter on a pan and place it on the plate once cooked.
·Top with some bananas or chocolate sauce or strawberries.
3. Classic Potato Pancakes
We need:
·4 large potatoes
·1 medium onion
·1 egg
·1/4 cup flour
·salt, pepper
·vegetable oil for frying
What to do:
·Blend the potatoes and onions. You can grate them too.
·Squeeze off all the water from the grated or blended resultant.
·Mix the veggies with egg, flour, salt and pepper.
·Cook this mixture on a pan with the help of little oil.
4. Swedish Pancakes
We need:
·2 eggs
·1 3/4 cup milk
·3/4 cups flour
·1 oz (30g) butter, melted
·1 pinch salt
What to do:
·Combine all the wet ingredients and add slowly the dry ingredients in it.
·Spread the batter on a buttered pan. Cook on both the sides.
·Serve with any fruit toppings.
5.Buttermilk Pancakes – US and Canada
We need:
·2 cups (10oz) all-purpose flour
·2 Tbsp granulated sugar
·2 tsp baking powder
·1 tsp baking soda
·3/4 tsp salt
·2 large eggs
·2 1/2 cups buttermilk* (Add lime to milk to break it down)
·4 Tbsp unsalted butter diced
·Vegetable oil or butter cooking
·Maple syrup , for serving
What to do:
·Beat all the ingredients to form a loose mixture and pour it on a buttered or oiled pan.
·Let it cook on both the sides.
·Serve hot with maple syrup or honey.
6.Lemon and Sugar Pancakes – England
We need:
·1 cup (150g) plain flour
·Pinch of salt
·2 large (59g) eggs
·1 cup (250ml) milk, mixed with 1/4 cup (60ml) water
·60g unsalted butter, melted
·Lemon wedges, to serve
·Raw sugar, to serve
What to do:
·Mix all the ingredients and cook over a buttered pan.
·After cooking it on both the sides, eat with lemon and sugar.
·Have tea on the side for extra punch.
