All you need to know about the 181 helpline Introduced by Telangana Government

The Hyderabad District Collectorate is planning to launch women helpline number 181. By dialling to 181, Women can complain about domestic violence, sexual harassment, dowry cases and eve-teasing in public places and at work place. For this a budget of Rs 35 lakh was sanctioned by the Ministry of Women Development and Child Welfare.This helpline 181 will function 24/7 and will support women in distress and provide service to women as this is toll-free for calls and messages too. Women Development and Child Welfare officer G k Sunanda said, “This women helpline is for all age groups and anyone can give a call 24/7.”
