Ingredients:
Sabja ginjalu
Milk
Sugar
Rose syrup
Ice cream
Pista
Falooda Sev
Method:
Sabja ginjalanu 30 mins kosamu water lo soak chesi, drain cheyandi.
Milk lo sugar vesi boil cheyandi
Stove sim lo pettukoni inkoncham sepu boil ayaka, fridge lo pettandi. (Idhi milk ni thick chesthundhi)
Falooda Sev:
Falooda sev 4-5 mins kosamu boil cheyandi.
Drain chesi, cold water tho rinse cheyandi
1 inch size lo cut cheyandi
Falooda recipe:
2 glasses thisukoni andhlo sabja ginjalu eyandi.
Coked Falooda Sev ass cheyandi
Add rose syrup to both the glasses
Milk esi, one scoop of ice cream add cheyandi
Pistas toh top cheyandi
Serve immediately
