Well, we got you covered!
Here is our easy cupcake recipe you can make in the comfort of your own kitchen and home which does not require an oven.
The list of the ingredients are :
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
Now that you are ready with all your measurements and ingredients.
Let’s get baking!
In a bowl add in all your dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt)one after the other it is advised to have a strainer as it avoids any lumps or dirt getting into the mixture. Sift it thoroughly and put it aside.
Next, in another bowl drop the egg, start whisking it, and while the egg is rather runny add cooking oil and a cup of sugar into the bowl.
After that, add in lukewarm milk and your dry ingredients slowly and keep mixing it well to avoid any lumps.
Finally, pour the batter into your cupcake mould and ensure that you fill it up only to one-third of the cup, this to ensure space is given for the batter to rise when heated.
Place the cupcake mould into a preheated pot/cooker(without whistle) for about 20-25 minutes and check if the cupcakes are bakes properly by piercing a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean and neat your cupcakes are ready to be dug into!
