First ingredients chuddham:

• Milk (full fat): 2 litres

• Sugar: 120 grams (1 teacup)

• Vermicelli (crushed): 35 grams or 3/4th teacup

• Pure Ghee: 3 ½ tablespoons

• Cashews: 20 grams or a handful

• Almonds: 20 grams or a handful

• Pistachios: 15 grams or a handful

• Dry dates: 5

• Charoli (chiraunji): 15 grams or a handful

Eid special recipe

Ippudu process :

1. Soak cashews, almonds, pistachios, dry dates and charoli or chiraunji overnight.
2. Ila night antha nanapettina tharvatha, next day morning you have to slice the cashews, peel the almonds and pistachios. Dry dates ni equal ga cut chesaka, just peel the charoli and combine all these and keep them aside.
3. Boil 2 litres of full fat milk. Medium flame meedha oka 40 minutes milk quantity 3/4th ayyevaraku boil cheyyandi.
4. Vere saucepan paina, 3 tablespoons butter or ghee add chesi, andulo slice chesina dry fruits ni brown colour ayye varku fry cheyandi. Dheeni garnishing ki pakkana pettukondi.
5. Adhe butter or ghee lo inko ½ tablespoon ghee or butter add cheyandi.
6. Andulo ¾ cup or 35 grams crushed vermicelli ni light brown colour lo ki vachentha varaku fry cheyyandi. Fry chesina ventane boil cheyadaniki pettukuna milk ni add cheyandi. Oka 5 minutes varaku milk lo una vermicelli, metthaga ayentha varku stir cheyandi.
7. Add 1 teacup or 120 grams of sugar. Sugar complete ga milk lo dissolve ayyevaraku cook cheyyandi.
8. Dhenni semi fried dry fruits tho garnish cheskunte Sheer khurma ready!
