Ingredients:
1. 2 cups tightly packed Spinach (Palak) (approx. 125 gms):
2. 1/2 cup Milk:
3. 1/2 tablespoon Corn Starch (corn flour):
4. 1/2 teaspoon Oil:
5. 1/2 teaspoon Butter:
6. 1/3 cup chopped Onion (1 medium):
7. 1/4 inch piece of Ginger, finely chopped:
8. 1-2 small cloves of Garlic, finely chopped:
9. 1 cup Water:
10. 1/4 teaspoon Sugar, optional:
11. Salt to taste:
12. 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder:
Method:
1. Spinach leaves ni baga clean chesi rough ga chop cheskovali.
2. Oka separate cup lo corn starch ni ½ milk lo mix chesi pakana petukovali.
3. Deep saucepan lo ½ tsp oil inka ½ tsp butter ni heat chesi chop chesina onions, ginger inka garlic ni add chesi sauté cheyali. Onions ni light pink ayye varaku sauté cheyali.

7. Boil ayina tarvatha mixture ni cool cheyali. Cool ayina mixture ni blender lo oka smooth puree ga blend cheskovali.
8. Blend cheskunna puree lo cornstarch mixture ni mix chesi low flame pyna boil cheyali.
9. Ee mixture ni 3-4 minutes boil chesi, black pepper add cheyali.
10. Once the mixture is boiled bowl loki transfer chesi cream ni add cheskovachu.
