How To Make Easy And Crispy Restaurant Style Gobi Manchurian

Who doesn’t love Gobi Manchurian? This delicious dish is one of the most popular Indo Chinese dishes, and for all the right reasons, the crispy cauliflower balls is coated with chili garlic sauce, the sauce provides a sweet and sour taste. Today, we will be looking at how you can make this recipe easily at home.

Ingredients :

Pre preparation

• Take a pan and add 3 cups of water and let it come to a boil

• Add the cut cauliflowers to the pan and let it boil for 2 minutes and drain the water

• Now take a bowl and add ¼ cup maida flour, 2 tsp corn flour, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp pepper, salt, 1tbsp soya sauce and ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and mix the batter by adding a little water

•Mix till the batter till it becomes smooth, make sure its not too thick or runny

•Now add the boiled cauliflowers to the batter and coat the cauliflowers well.

Procedure

•Now, heat some oil in a pan and add the coated cauliflowers to the pan

•Deep fry them till they are golden fry in color

•Now take another pan and heat some oil

•Now add 2tbsp garlic, 1tbsp ginger, ¼ cup onions, 2tbsp green chilli to the pan and stir well

•Add 2tbsp ketchup, 2tbsp red chili sauce, 1tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp pepper and 1tbsp vinegar

•Mix all the ingredients well and ¼ cup of spring onions

•Now add 2tsp cornflour to a little water and add it to the sauce, to thicken the gravy

•Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce and mix it well

•You tasty Gobi Manchurian is now ready
