Ingredients

  • Soya Beans
  • Onion
  • Green Chillies
  • Soaked Basmati Rice
  • Elaichi
  • Bay Leaf
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Cloves
  • Star Anise
  • Mace
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Garam Masala
  • Mint Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves

Procedure

In a pressure cooker, heat some oil and add Elaichi, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon stick, Cloves, Star Anise, Mace, and sauté them till their aroma comes out

Now add one cup of sliced onions and green chillies to the cooker and fry them till the onions turn golden brown

Add ginger-garlic paste and salt and mix everything well

Add the soaked soya beans and garam masala into the cooker and let it cook for a few minutes

Add the soaked basmati rice along with mint and coriander leaves

Now add two cups of water to the cooker and cook it for three whistles

Your delicious Soya Bean Pulao is now ready to be served
