Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar blasted British Airways for their callous attitude, choosing to call it ‘don’t care attitude’.
Sachin Tendulkar, with 8.4 million Twitter followers, and close to a billion die-hard fans, surely will be an opinion-changer, and the topic has already begun to trend on Twitter.
Using the hashtag #NeveronBA and #BadServiceBA, Sachin revealed that his family member’s waitlisted ticket wasn’t confirmed in spite of seats being available, and their ‘don’t care attitude’.
Ripples were felt all over Twitter, and British Airways replied, but their reply wasn’t very smart either.
Asking Sachin for his full name, address
and other details.
The issue has already caused a storm on Twitter and other social media circles.
But we have a question.
Is it a case of a personal incident?
Or is a celebrity allowed to use social media if he/she isn’t pleased with a particular service? What do you think??
