There are many struggling directors in Telugu film industry and there are many who are working hard to keep up their fame too. One such director is, Rajamouli gaaru and we are extremely proud of everything that he contributes to Indian cinema.
Here are some casual things that we gotta recollect about this great man with great modesty.
1. He graduated in Engineering from C.R.R College of Engineering, Eluru.
2. He initially began his direction career as an assistant to Raghavendra Rao gaaru and got into television soap operas in Eenadu TV. He directed a soap, Santhi Nivasam. 
3. During the shoot of Santhi Nivasam, Rajeev Kanakala used to call him Jakkanna, but it became popular later when NTR used to reveal it in public appearances.
4. Rajamouli’s father K.V Vijayendra Prasad is a Telugu film screenwriter as well.
5. His first film, Student Number 1 was one of a kind that spoke about students and their lives. It won many accolades.
6. Before proceeding to his next project, Simhadri, he had plans to make a mythological film starring Mohanlal but the plan was just limited to thoughts and did not materialised.
7. His Sye was another student based film and it was the only Telugu film that had Rugby in it. 
8. Magadheera is another fiction film that made this director win the Nandi Award.
9. Maryada Ramana is his favourite film. Maryada Ramanna has been inspired from a Hollywood film Ours Hospitality.
10. Eega was critically well received all over the world as the movie was released in Cannes, Shanghai International and Puchon International Fantastic Film Festivals.
11. Now with Bahubali and it’s equal, Rajamouli took Indian cinema and Telugu film industry to great heights and we hope to see many more wonders from this man.
12. Rajamouli was a fun loving guy and he used to pass time after graduating and during this time he was called by Srivalli garu and warned him about his future. It was then Rajamouli turned up as writer later which he moved himself to the direction department.
