Celebrity breakups happen all the time, so it’s hardly shocking when you hear another famous couple has called it quits. Still, some famous couples seem like they can fight all the odds—and it’s truly shocking when those pairs don’t make it, even years after the breakup. People are still trying to get over these splits.
When it comes to long-term marriages, South Industry has always had the best track record. From Suriya and Jyothika to Mahesh Babu and Namrata, it seems even the most solid couples have been successful together. But unfortunately, a few couples couldn’t make it so far. Breakups are rough especially when they occur in the public eye. Celebrity divorces nowadays are dominating headlines for days, maybe even weeks and months.

1. Manchu Manoj and Pranathi Reddy (2015-2019)
Actor Manoj Manchu recently announced his separation from his wife Pranathi Reddy. On October 17 Manoj confirmed that they’ve ended their marriage officially on twitter.
2.Nagarjuna and Lakshmu Daggubati (1984-1990)
Nagarjuna first got married to Dr D Ramanaidu’s daughter, Lakshmi Daggubati in the year 1984. After that their relationship hit a very rough road and the couple parted ways to get a divorce in the year 1990.
3.Soundarya Rajinikanth and Ashwin Ramkumar (2010-2017)
Soundraya the daughter of Superstar Rajinikanth tied the knot with the industrialist Ashwin Ramkumar in 2010. After seven years of togetherness, the couple is now living separately from 2017 due to undisclosed reasons.
4.Nayanthara and Prabhu Deva
Prabhu Deva relationship with Nayanthara which resulted in divorce with his wife Ramlatha in 2010 and later on couple ended their relationship. Later, after some time the relationship between Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara also ruined up due to several reasons.

Talented and beautiful actress Amala Paul and the director Vijay fell in love on sets and later on tied the love knot in 2014. Later, due to many personal reasons, the couple separated in 2017 which is proved out to be one of the most scandalous and talked about separations in the industry.
6.Akhil Akkineni and Shriya Bhupal
In December last year after two years of dating they couple got engaged. The couple shortly then broke off their engagement due to undisclosed reasons. Later on Shriya Bhupal got married in July 2018.
7.Pawan Kalyan and Nandini (1997-2008)
Pawan Kalyan’s first wedding was way back in May, 1997. This was just a year after his début in the year 1996. Not much is known about how and when the couple met but most speculate that it was an arranged marriage with Nandini.
8.Pawan Kalyan and Renu Desai (2009-2012)
They got into a life in relationship in 2004 and got married in 2009. Eventually, by mid-2011, the rift between the once doting couple increased, and they filed for a divorce, which they were granted in 2012.
9. Trisha Krishnan and Varun Manian
The most hyped and expected marriage of the Kollywood industry which turned up into failure later. Trisha Krishnan called off her engagement with Varun Manian due to several reasons.
10.Arvind Swamy and Gayathri Ramamurthy (1994-2003)
Actor Arvind Swamy married Gayathri in 1994 and had two children. Later the couple separated in 2003 and filed the divorce in 2010 due to Arvind Swamy having an alleged relationship with Aparna Mukherjee and married her in 2012.
11.Rashmika Mandanna and Rakshit Shetty
Rashmika Mandanna and Rakshit Shetty met and fell in love on the sets of the film Kirik Party. They later got engaged in 2017. The two soon called off their engagement due to compatibility issues.
