Keto Cauliflower Fried Rice:

Did you know?

A cup of riced cauliflower has only 25 calories and 5 grams of carbohydrate, while white rice has 200 calories and 1.5873 ounces of carbohydrate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup of Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup of Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cup of Yellow Bell Peppers
  • Green Chillies
  • Spring Onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Light Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt (As per taste)

Procedure:

1.Take one medium-sized Cauliflower and keep it in hot water for 15 minutes. Once, it becomes soft, grate it to a fine powder.

2.Now, take a pan and add Coconut Oil and Butter, and fry ginger-garlic. Once they are fried add the Spring Onions, Capsicums and the Bell peppers.

3.Let them cook and when it is done, add green chillies and the grated Caulilower. Cook this for a while and then add salt, soya sauce, pepper powder and spring onions. Give it a nice stir.

4. Serve it hot!
