Potatoes are our absolute favourite. They are nutritious, healthy and also super versatile. Potatoes go with almost everything. They are great as fries, curries, snacks, sides dishes and salads. Add them to any dish as a side ingredient and they only enhance the flavours and the dish.
So, here’s a super yummy dish made with potatoes made with minimal ingredients and quickly!

Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Red Chillies
- Water
- Salt
- Cup Corn Flour
- Refined Flour
- Pepper Powder
- Oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green Chillies
- Onions
- Tomato Ketchup
- Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper Powder
- Aromat Powder
- Honey
- Spring Onions
Procedure:
1.Firstly take around 20 dried chillies and boil them in water with some salt. Once they are boiled grind them to a fine paste.
2.Then take your potatoes and cut them into wedges shape. Half boil them in hot water mixed with 2 tsp salt. Strain the potatoes and mix them with ½ cup corn flour, ½ cup refined flour, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper powder and mix it well. Tale a pan, add some oil and deep fry the potatoes till they turn golden brown.
3.Now, take a pan, add some oil, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp green chilli and sauté them. Add 2 tbsp onions, 2 tsp freshly ground red chilli paste, 1 cup tomato ketchup, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp aromat powder, 2 tsp honey and mix them all till the sauces and spices are nicely mixed.
4.Finally, add the fried potatoes and give it a nice mix.
5.Garnish it with spring onions.
