But what else, do we love? Soups, right? And when we speak of soups, we need to start with Tomato soup, a classic dish cook with tomatoes, herbs and spices. Tomato soup is also super healthy and is known to prevent deadly diseases like cancer.

Ingredients:

  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Green Chillies
  • Tomatoes
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Veg Stock
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Sugar
  • Veg Aromat Powder
  • Vinegar
  • Corn Flour + Water
  • Coriander Leaves

Procedure:

1.Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp oil. Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic, ginger and 1 tbsp green chillies to it. Once they are sautéed, add 2 cups of tomatoes, ½ cup tomato ketchup and mix it well.

2.Once the tomatoes are cooked, add two cups of vegetable stock, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp veg aromatic powder, 1 tbsp vinegar and give it a nice mix.

3.Cook, it covered for 5 minutes.

4.Once, it starts to boil, add a half cup of cornflour mixed with water. Mix it well and when you see the water, thickening add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and give it a nice stir.

5.Delicious and hot Tomato soup is now ready to be served.
