What is Net Neutrality? Why do we need to fight for it? Explained !!

When you go online you have certain expectations. You expect to be connected to whatever website you want. You expect that your cable or phone company or Internet service provider isn’t messing with the data and is connecting you to all websites, applications, and content you choose. You expect to be in control of your internet experience.

When you use the Internet you expect is known as Net Neutrality.1 What is Net Neutrality Why we need to fight for it Explained !!

Net Neutrality is a basic Principle where everyone is equal and everything is allowed online, basically Americans telecom networks AT&T, Verizon and Comcast will mess up with Internet they will slow down or speeding up or blocking some websites this is against to Net Neutrality, Net Neutrality prohibits networks like AT&T, Verizon, and Comcast from slowing down or blocking few websites and gives way to consumers by allowing everything works better.

Basic Principle of Net Neutrality is “everyone and everything is equal in Internet where it explicit or hateful or abusive content is equal to helpful or worthy content” but American countries are fighting against the Net Neutrality like FCC (Federal Communication Commission) voted against to Net Neutrality but the Trump Govt. is giving way to Net Neutrality.2 What is Net Neutrality Why we need to fight for it Explained !!

In Indian also we have same like FCC here we have TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) it is against to Net Neutrality and issued Indian Telecom networks to block some websites and services like previously torrents sites are blocked by Telecom Networks followed by Indian Govt. explicit or abusive sites are blocked by telecom networks followed by Indian Govt. apart from this Telecom networks has some rivals with other telecom networks and sometimes they are slowing down or messing up with websites of other rival parties let the consumers not to go to their websites.

We are here paying for Internet services to access Internet we expect whatever it would be it should not be traced by telecom networks, that is our personal where to go through explicit or abusive or hateful content or we upload explicit or abusive content everything on Internet is personal it should not be tracked by ISP (Internet Service Provider)3 What is Net Neutrality Why we need to fight for it Explained !!

Net Neutrality is the internet’s guiding principle: It preserves our right to communicate freely online. Net Neutrality means an internet that enables and protects free speech. It means that ISPs should provide us with open networks — and shouldn’t block or discriminate against any applications or content that ride over those networks. Just as your phone company shouldn’t decide who you call and what you say on that call, your ISP shouldn’t interfere with the content you view or post online

The Internet without Net Neutrality isn’t really the Internet. We need to fight for Net Neutrality in India too, not only the American Govt. our Indian Government should also fight for Net Neutrality for a better Internet, today we are not using the Internet what we expect, everything we are browsing was decided by ISPs by allowing Advertisements while we are surfing data.4 What is Net Neutrality Why we need to fight for it Explained !!
