For someone who believes film making is team game, the fact that writers are not a respected lot, has been a frustrating realisation. There are many speculations that go around where writers face pressures from stars/fans/producers/directors in order to suit their so called ‘image’. Rarely we see that a writer is respected and his script is taken as it is.
