With over 6000 screens across the country of China, Baahubali will be released on this July 22nd. It will be a dubbed version though, but this is the first time a Telugu film is getting released in China. Earlier movies like PK and 3 Idiots were released in China and they fared very well.
The makers of ‘Baahubali’ have been planning for China release for quite sometime. “It’s been a long road to China! Fingers crossed! Wishing the very best to our Chinese distributor E Stars,” said producer Shobhu Yarlagadda.
The Chinese trailer is supposed to have attracted 19m views and is trending second in the country. So the whole team of Baahubali is pretty excited about the heights a regional language from India is reaching. It is said that the promos of the film have proved to be more popular than the two earlier Bollywood films which were released.
