1. V.C. Sajjanar is an IPS officer, who completed his IPS training in the batch of 1996. Sajjanar started his career as an Assistant Superindent of Police of Jangaon (Warangal District then).
2. Sajjanar served as Inspector General of Police (Special Intelligence Branch – SIB), In Telangana. In this position Sajjanar played pivotal role in Maoist Movement in Telangana before 2008. He set up counter strategies against the Maoists and neutralized many Maoists and Maoists in his term.
3. Before joining with Intelligence Wing, Sajjanar worked with the OCTOPUS and Economic Offences Wing (CID) in Superindent of Police rank.
4. In 2008, Sajjanar appointed as Warangal Commisioner. Same year in December 2008 he encountered 3 Acid Attackers who attacked Swapnika an college girl. And with in days of attack, Saajjanar neutralized 3 Accused after they tied to escape from crime scene at that time. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy was the Chief Minister of Unted Andhra Pradesh state then.
5. In 2016, Sajjanar along with Shivadar Reddy of Special Intelligence Bureau planned and executed the operation of most dangerous and notorious gangster Nayeem. In same manner when Nayeem tried to escape and threat Police officers , Sajanar neutralized Nayeem in April 2016.
