With nowadays award ceremonies becoming a farce we are seldom interested to know what’s the final outcome of such shows. Mainly to garner high TRPs this scripted shows are meant to rake in highly mullah. What else can be said about such shows which gives SoorajPancholi the best debutant award or BajiraoMaastani gets the best film over some great cinemas like Masaan, Talvar, Titli.

Amongst all these nonsensical award shows“The Ghanta awards” is one authentic ceremony that is continuously bestowing the most deserving awards since its inception. The Ghanta awards (which is like the Razzies of Bollywood) recently announced the winners for 2016 and it proved yet again why we should respect this awards.
