Actress Nargis Fakhri caused outrage in Pakistan, as a full page ad for a mobile phone company sparked calls of ‘obscenity’ among Pakistan’s Twitterati.
The front page ad, which has Nargis Fakhri sprawled among mobile phones, was deemed as too obscene, and there were calls for the company to remove the ad.

However, not everybody bought into the argument. A few Pakistani netizens were of the opinion that it was a non-issue. Clearly, Pakistan has other issues at hand, than a picture of an actress with mobile phones.
One Pakistni netizen Kadar replied to the comment by saying: @AnsarAAbbasi Front page ad looks absurd but corruption, loot and plunder of the government is acceptable. This proves that there are idiots on both sides of the border.
However, the marketing team that came up with the idea for the full page ad must be smiling – mission accomplished!
