· 3/4 cup grated apples

What to do?
· Boil the milk. Simmer it for 12-15 minutes.
· Add the grated apple and let it boil for another 2-3 minutes.
· Add cardamom powder and keep it aside to cool.
· Once cooled down, add the sugar substitute. If the temperature is too warm, then you can use honey too.
· If you like the flavor of jaggery, use it instead of any other substitutes of sugar.

· 4 cups low fat milk
· 10 gms (1 packet) unflavoured agar-agar , cut into small pieces
· Honey (depends on the sweetness you need)

· 2 tsp coffee powder dissolved in 2 tbsp warm water
· 1 tbsp low fat cream

What to do:

What to do:
· Combine the apples, sugar and 3 tbsp of water in a non-stick pan and cook over a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Refrigerate to chill.
· Combine milk and dates. Mix well and simmer it for 10 minutes.
· Refrigerate the above mixture to chill.

What to do:
