These stamps are part of the postage on 24 different Indian dishes, which includes Tirupathi Laddu, Idly Dosa, and Pongal along with the above mentioned special Hyderabadi specials. These stamps were released as a part of the 500th anniversary of the construction of Golconda Fort and foundation of Qutub Shahi dynasty.
