Farhan Akhtar is one such multi-talented artist who seems to be the master of all. He is a playback singer, director, actor, producer, screenwriter, lyricist and a television host. He began his career in Bollywood by working as an assistant director in Lamhe (1991) and Himalay Putra (1997). He made his directorial debut with Dil Chahta Hain (2001). He started his acting career with Rock On!! (2008), for which he won a second National Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi as producer, and indulged in further experimentation before he acted in, produced and wrote the dialogues for the critical and commercial success Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011), which won him two Filmfare Awards, including Best Supporting Actor. He also played the role of Milka Singh in Bhaag Milka Bhaag and won a lot accolades.
