Advertisements have always been an integral part of the small screen space. While some advertisements compel you to change the channel, there are others which manage to strike a chord with you. And once in a while you come across an ad which features a face you just cannot overlook. At the present time, the ‘4G Girl’ has stolen all the limelight. Not just her, in the past there have been many people who featured in an advertisement and turned stars overnight. We bet you know some of them so well!

This girl is the latest sensation that the ad world has given us. Sasha Chettri became extremely popular within a very short span after her Airtel 4G ad was launched. Though a copywriter from Mumbai, how she landed in the advertisement still remains a mystery but this girl has definitely managed to grab a lot of attention. Some people consider her annoying while others adorable! As they say, love her or hate her, you just cannot ignore her.
6. GENELIA FOR PARKER
How can we forget, the most cheerful and bubbly actress making her debut in an ad film opposite Amitabh Bachchan, as a hyper excited fan who comes o him for an autograph. Brilliant smile and total cuteness, makes this advertisement, one to watch purely for her. And that’s saying a lot.
7. UMANG JAIN FOR CADBURY
The line, Kya main aapko jaanthi hoon? (Do I know you?), with a confused and irritated look of Umang Jain in a Cadbury advert has fluttered a million hearts, adding up to this peary-eyed model-plus-actor’s fanbase. The mood of the picture, the simplicity of the dialogues, and the subtle background music – and icing on the cake was Umang’s timid girl-next-door act, which has made it a memorable piece of work on the small screen. She went to play important roles in Star Plus shows.
8. KRITI SANON FOR AMUL ICE-CREAM
A classic situation, and pretty standard affair of an ad, but for the cutest girlfriend featured in it. Kriti Sanon, with her trademark, full dental smile, sped up many a heartbeat. Don’t know about Ice creams though, but she did land a million more Dilwale. wait for her smile at end and you’ll know why.

9. TAMMANNAH BHATIA IN ANTI MARKS
In hindsight, we all know that Tammana is anything, but dark. But then those were days where we knew nothing about the sensation she was going to be. We always scratched our heads about where we first saw her. Well, fret no more, we are here and this is the advertisement.

Well, Ms.Padukone. she did it all. Modelling, Music Videos, Bollywood movies and now even Hollywood movies ( XXX with Vin Diesel ).
