If you are tired of eating laddus from a sweet shop outside or just feeling crafty and willing to make laddus at home. Here are two recipes to start off your journey into making laddus. These are two very easy and healthy recipes to make.

Sunnunda (Laddu with Urad Dal):

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup Urad Dal
  2. 1 cup of Jaggery
  3. 1 cup of Ghee

Thats it!

Firstly, start off by taking a pan on a medium flame and let the pan heat up. After the pan is sufficiently heated pour the cup of urad dal and tawa-fry the dal without any oil/ghee. Grind the urad dal and put it aside. Add the cup of jaggery into the pan on the stove and wait for it to melt away and get all gooey.
