How To Make Tomato Egg Drops Curry

Ginger Garlic Paste

Mustard Seeds

Cumin Seeds

Procedure :

  • Heat some oil in a pan and add 1 tsp mustard seeds and 1tsp cumin seeds and let them splatter
  • Now add 1 cup of onions and green chilies and cook it till they are golden brown in color
  • Now add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and mix it well
  • Now add 3 cups of tomatoes to the pan and a little salt and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes on medium flame
  • Now add ¼tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp red chili powder, and 1tsp garam masala to the pan and mix it well
  • Now add ½ cup of water and let it cook for some time
  • Now crack 4 eggs into the pan and season them with a pinch of salt
  • Now let the eggs cook for 5 minutes on low flame
  • Your delicious Tomato Egg Drops curry is now ready
