Procedure :
- Heat some oil in a pan and add 1 tsp mustard seeds and 1tsp cumin seeds and let them splatter
- Now add 1 cup of onions and green chilies and cook it till they are golden brown in color
- Now add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and mix it well
- Now add 3 cups of tomatoes to the pan and a little salt and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes on medium flame
- Now add ¼tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp red chili powder, and 1tsp garam masala to the pan and mix it well
- Now add ½ cup of water and let it cook for some time
- Now crack 4 eggs into the pan and season them with a pinch of salt
