The news of Hrithik sending a legal notice to Kangana was a Bollywood buzz yesterday. As per report in the pinkville, The actor sent a legal notice to Kangana via his lawyer Deepesh Mehta asking the actress to issue an apology else he would make all her correspondence to him public.
Let’s look where it all started from,
Some time back, Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut were allegedly in a relationship. but later on, they reportedly broke up. They both took digs at each other. While the rumours of her being ousted from ‘Aashiqui 3’ were doing rounds.
When she was asked to comment on this. She said ” I don’t know why exes do silly things to get your attention. For me, that chapter is over and I don’t dig graves. ”
Soon after that, Hrithik Roshan tweeted this.

The Queen actress in a conversation with NDTV said: “No. I am not hurt. I respect the other person’s opinion also. It’s very likely that a person can have a different perspective on the same situation or rather the past. But then, stick to your stand. Don’t slyly pursue people and spy on them, and chase them. So, we sign and seal the deal and then move on.”
On Tuesday morning, Mumbai-based tabloid Mid-Day quoted a source as saying, “Hrithik told Kangana that she should call for a press conference and render an apology to him, spelling out that she had not hinted at Hrithik Roshan as her ‘silly ex’. Else he would make all her correspondence to him public.”
Kangana, on her part, had her lawyer Rizwan send out a legal notice to Hrithik. She charged Hrithik with intimidation and threat under respective sections of the Indian Penal Code, the report in the tabloid stated.
Ms.Kangana’s argument is that she hasn’t taken any name so how can it be termed as defamation?
The Queen Actress has given 5 days of time to Hrithik to revert on the same.
