The French Dispatch, set in Paris during the 1950s, follows and tells the story of a group of journalists.The movie features Timothee Chalamet, Benicio del Toro, Lea Seydoux, Mathieu Amalric and Jeffrey Wright. The movie brings to life a collection of stories from the final issue of an American magazine published in a fictional 20th-century French city. The movie is directed by Wes Anderson. Anderson said: “The story is not easy to explain, It is more a portrait of this man, of this journalist who fights to write what he wants to write. It’s not a movie about freedom of the press, but when you talk about reporters you also talk about what’s going on in the real world”

The King’s Man
This is the most exciting one of the spy related action genre. The movie is a prequel to the kingsmen series which garnered a lot of appreciation and a cult fanbase. The film features an ensemble cast that includes Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton and others. The man and his protegee should stop a gang of criminal masterminds trying to wreak havoc. Fox Century productions ensure that it is going to an amazing movie that enthralls the audience. That’s some hype.

Morbius
Based on the Marvel comic character of the same name portrayed by Jared Leto. Sony announced plans for a new shared universe named the “Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Characters”, to feature Spider-Man-related properties beginning with Venom in October 2018. Morbius is scheduled to be released in the United States on March 19, 2021. Dr. Michael Morbius, a Nobel Prize-winning specialist. He’s living with an uncommon blood condition that he needs to fix to live. Some way or another, simultaneously, he coincidentally transforms himself into a “pseudo-vampire,” picking up vampire bat-like characteristics, including echolocation and a hunger for blood. Morbius will be the subsequent comic book depiction for Jared Leto. The first was the Joker in the DC Extended Universe.

No time to die
One reason! 25th installment of the Bond franchise. One more, this is the fifth and final time Daniel Craig would be portraying Bond. The movie starts with Bond coming out of his retirement. It would be interesting to see how he deals with the concept of retirement and his life as agent 007. The movie is all set to release on 2nd April, 2021. Wonder women 1984
WW84 went all out with the trailer. The trailer told us all we need to know about Wonder Woman, the return of her pilot love whom we thought was dead and the background- which is the cold war of 1984. The invincible immortal demigoddess/ princess/ warrior is played by Gal Gadot reprising her role in the previous film of the franchise. We will also see Chris Pine back in action as Steve Trevor. The movie is set to release by the end of December in HBO Max. The movie has started positive buzz reviews by critics and assures that it stands up more to the original movie. A huge shout out to Patty Jenkins for bringing us Cheetah to the screen making the movie worth all the hype and wait.

Black Widow
As heartbreaking as it was to see Natasha Romanoff “doing her job” for the team, (hush!hush!) and ending her hero’s journey finally erasing all red in her journal, here we get to see the badass woman we always got to see in her prime. The history of Black Widow and her battles assured thrill to a next level through all the trailers. The movie was set to release in March 2020 but got pushed to 7th May, 2021 making us wait an entire year for the movie. The movie set after Civil war shows us Romanoff on the run. The movie also stars Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova which shows interesting opportunities to new spin offs of Black Widow as a character.

Top Gun Maverick
Cruise reprising his role as Pete Maverick from his 1986 aviation action film Top Gun has been in the limelight for 5 years now. Finally releasing on December 23rd 2021. The trailer which was released all the way back in 2019 created curiosity and shows the Maverick confronting the past while training a new squad of graduates for a dangerous mission. It would also be interesting to see the return of the character iceman being reprised by Val Kilmer.

The Sucide squad
The maker of Guardians of the Galaxy taking over this sequel to the 2016 Suice Squad was relief to many. He has revealed that he looked at 1980’s favored Suicide Squad comics promising loads of fun. The ensemble cast most of them reprising their role will be a treat to watch. mprisoned convicts from Task Force X are sent on a new, sentence-easing mission to the South American island of Corto Maltese to destroy Jotunheim, a Nazi-era prison and laboratory which held political prisoners and conducted experimentations. The movie is set to release on August, 2021

Tom and Jerry
This live action/ animation movie dropped out stars the famous cat and mouse duo, Tom and Jerry, both of whom will be voiced by Hanna, the pair’s long-time voice actor, as well as three other voice actors of theirs. After failing at his job as a house cat, Tom is all set to be hired as a hotel cat in order to confront the pest problem which is in fact Jerry. What the duo discovers is a conspiracy theory and with the help of the newly hired hotel staff, they confront the issue head on. The movie releases on 5th March 2021.
