Ragi Rava Dosa Recipe

Here is the perfect recipe for you! With the goodness of ragi and taste of dosa.

Ingredients required are:

  1. Rice Flour (¼ th cup)
  2. Ragi Flour (¼ th cup)
  3. Rava (¼ th cup)
  4. Black Pepper Powder (a pinch)
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Curd (2 tsp)
  7. Water
  8. Oil
  9. Ginger (chopped)
  10. Jeera
  11. Hing
  12. Curry Leaves
  13. Onions (chopped)
  14. Green Chillies (chopped)

Unnamed (30)Unnamed (31)First, take a pan and add a bit of oil in medium flame and let the oi heat up. Upon the oil heating up enough add in a table spoon of Jeera, chopped ginger, a pinch of hing, few curry leaves, chopped Onions and chopped green chillies. Wait for the onions to turn brown, set it aside.

Coming to the making of the batter, take a big bowl in which batter is to be mixed. Add in rice flour, ragi flour, rava, black pepper powder and salt as per taste. Add water slowly to this dry mix till it acheives the desired dosa batter texture.

Finally heat up a Dosa pan, add oil and spread the dosa batter in circle.
