Muthuvel Karunanidhi Stalin AKA MK Stalin The Present Chief Minister Of Tamil Nadu. Stalin the elder son of former Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi followed in his father’s footsteps to become a politician. Coming from a legendary politics family, being one of the elder son of the Chief Minister and carrying his legacy, and becoming a successful leader in politics is not everyone’s cup of tea until you’re MK Stalin.

MK Stalin has inbuilt genes of zeal and passion for public service from his father MK Karunanidhi. He came to power when Tamil Nadu politics is in crisis and everyone is fighting for Power and Chief Minister’s position after Ex-CM Jayalalitha’s demise. He became a ray of hope for the DMK Party and also for the Tamil Nadu public. With his unique vision and leadership skills MK Stalin is ruling Tamil Nadu as Chief Minister.

MK Stalin started his political career as a member of DMK Gopalapuram Youth Wing with several friends in 1963 at the age of 14. Stalin first time contested as MLA from thousand Lights in 1984 and he lost that election. Later, he contested from the same Constituency in 1989 and won the election. He went on to win 4 terms as MLA from Thousand Lights till 2006. Later Stalin changed his Constituency from Thousand Lights to Kolathur in 2006 to 2021 where he was elected as MLA three times in a row.

Stalin took the DMK Party and was in charge, leading his party to win the 2021 elections with 132 Seat majority out of 234. MK Stalin run DMK Party won Tamil Nadu General Elections in 2021 with a single party majority and Stalik Took Oath as Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on 7 May 2021.
