You can also eat fruit pieces half an hour before lunch which will help you prevent from overeating. Fruits before the meals will put fewer calories in the body. And, since seeds are rich in fibre, they will help the process of digestion. And ensure to avoid them before bedtime. Have them at least 2 to 3 hours before you sleep.
