In the pursuit of healthy living and weight loss, we often put ourselves in some kinds of diets. A lot of diets include eating vegetables and fruits regularly. And when it comes to meat, Chicken is considered great for weight loss. But for diet plans, we do not find Indian recipes to cook chicken online. They are mostly westernized versions and are recommended for cooking in a microwave oven.
What is you don’t have an oven? How do you make your chicken healthy? Well here is an Indian recipe of chicken curry cooked with no oil and minimal ingredients. You must try this recipe if you love chicken and are on a diet.
- 300 grams Chicken
- 1 cup Tomato Paste
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- 2 tsp Ginger-garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt (As per taste)
- 2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
1.Firstly, take a non-stick pan and start dry roasting your chicken. Add turmeric powder at this point only so that the chicken doesn’t stick to the pan. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and fry them together.
2.Now, add salt and tomato paste. Simmer cook the chicken for 10 minutes.
3.At this point add your masalas like chilly flakes, coriander powder, cumin masala, garam masala and give it a nice mix.
4.Finally, add lemon juice, curry leaves and garnish the chicken with coriander leaves.
5.Your oil-less healthy Chicken curry is ready to be served.
