Godman Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who has been in a string of controversies of late, has claimed to have received a Doctorate from the World Records University.
This one of a kind university is said to be based in London. The Godman who generated negative publicity as a comedian, Kiku Sharda was arrested for mimicking him. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh also claims to hold a number of world records, including the most number of handwritten letters written to him.
