Take Off is an Indian Malayalam-language thriller drama film. The film is the directorial debut of Mahesh Narayan. This story narrates the ordeal of 49 nurses from Karela who were kept hostages by the Iraqi insurgency. Though the movie is about the serious events that occurred in Iraq, the story revolves around a single nurse who has a hand in rescuing the nurses. Her name is said to be Sameera (Parvathy Thiruvothu), and she was also pregnant. She contacted the Karela government by her phone and even reached out to the Indian Embassy in Iraq. Kali is an Indian Malayalam-language action drama film. The film was directed and co-produced by Sameer Thahir. The movie is a message on the importance of controlling your anger. Anger is something that makes you do wrong without even thinking. The story revolves around a couple, where the husband Siddharth (played by Dulquer Salmaan) had severe anger issues which led him to do several things in a completely wrong way. The wife Anjali (played by Sai Pallavi) tries her best to convince her husband to control his anger, but he always ends up taking it out in an inappropriate way. Koode is an Indian Malayalam-language psychological drama film. The film was written and directed by Anjali Menon. The movie is about Joshua (played by Prithviraj Sukumaran), a worker in a factory. One Day, he suddenly gets a call that his sister, Jennifer (played by Nazriya Nazim) passed away. He visited his hometown and had an unexpected dream which came to be true. He could see his dead sister and even talk to her. His sister helps him realise the reasons he was happy in his childhood and how he missed all of that as he was sent away by his parents to earn money.
