ఉంతకల్లు లో కొలువైన పాండురంగ దేవాలయం ఎంతో మహిమకలది. గ్రామస్తులందరూ భక్తి శ్రద్దలతో పూజా కార్యాక్రమాలను నిర్వహిస్తుంటారు. సాధారణంగా గ్రామంలో నివసించే వారు ఒక్కో దేవుణ్ణి పూజిస్తుంటారు. కానీ ఈ గ్రామం డిఫెరెంట్. అందరూ పాడురంగ భక్తులే. కొన్ని శతాబ్దాల క్రితం ఈ ఊరు ప్రజలు తరచూ మహారాష్ట్ర లోని పుణ్యక్షేత్రమైన ‘పండరీపురం’ వెళ్లివచ్చేవారు. ఆతర్వాత ఇక్కడే ఒక దేవాలయాన్ని నిర్మించుకొని పాండురంగ స్వామి దేవాలయం గా పేరుపెట్టుకున్నారు. మద్యానికి బానిసైనవారు ఒక్కసారి ఈ దేవాలయాన్ని దర్శించి పాండురంగ మాల ధరిస్తే మళ్ళి జన్మలో దాని జోలికి పొరనేది భక్తుల ప్రగాఢ నమ్మకం. మాల ధరించిన ఏ ఒక్కరూ మళ్ళి ఇప్పటివరకు మద్యం జోలికి వెళ్లలేదని దాఖలాలు ఉన్నాయి అని స్థానికులు చెబుతారు. ‘పాండురంగ మాల’ ఎప్పుడు పడితే అప్పుడు, ఏ రోజుపడితే ఆరోజు వేసుకోకూడదు. మాలాధారణ నిర్వహణ నెలలో కేవలం రెండు రోజుల మాత్రమే ‘శుక్ల ఏకాదశి, కృష్ణ ఏకాదశి’ రోజుల్లోనే మాల ధరించాలి.
ఆ రోజులలో రాష్ట్రం నలుమూలల నుంచే కాక పక్కనున్న కర్ణాటక, తమిళనాడు మరియు మహారాష్ట్ర ప్రాంతాల నుండి కూడా భక్తులు వేల సంఖ్యలో హాజరవుతుంటారు. పాండురంగ మాల ధరించాలనుకొనేవారు ముందురోజు అర్ధరాత్రి నుంచి మాలను స్వామి వారి సన్నిధిలో ఉంచి పూజలు, భజనలు చేస్తారు. మాల ధరించేవారు ఉదయాన్నే నిద్ర లేచి స్నానాలు ఆచరించి ఆలయానికి చేరుకోవాలి. వీరికి ఆలయ ప్రధాన పూజారి వచ్చి మెడ లో మాల వేస్తారు. మాలధారణ చేసిన వారు వరుసగా మూడు ఏకాదశ రోజులలో ఇక్కడికి వచ్చి ఆలయ ప్రాంగణంలో నిద్రపోవాలి. కావాలనుంటే ఆ మూడు ఏకాదశ రోజులు అయిపోయినాక మాల తీసేయవచ్చు.
చింతల వెంకటరమణ దేవాలయం అనంతపురం జిల్లా, తాడిపత్రిలో ఉన్న ఒక ప్రాచీన వైష్ణవ దేవాలయం. ఈ ఆలయం పెన్నా నది ఒడ్డున సుమారు 5 ఎకరాల స్థలంలో విస్తరించి ఉంది. ఒకసారి ఈ ఆలయం ఉన్న ప్రదేశంలో ఉన్న ఒక పెద్ద చింత చెట్టు నుండి పెద్ద పెద్ద శబ్దాలు వినబడ్డాయి. దాంతో అక్కడి స్థానికులు అక్కడికి వెళ్ళి చూడగా ఆ చెట్టు తొర్రలో ఒక విష్ణువు విగ్రహం కనిపించింది. అలా చింత చెట్టు తొర్రలో నుండి విగ్రహం లభించడం వల్ల అప్పటి నుండి చింతల వేంకటరమణ స్వామిగా పిలుస్తున్నారు. అదే సమయంలో పెన్నసాని పాలకుడైన తిమ్మనాయకుడు గండికోట లో తన సైన్యంతో సహా విశ్రాంతి తీసుకుంటుండగా ఆయనకు కల్లో శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి కనబడి చింత చిట్ట తొర్రలో ఉన్న తన విగ్రహాన్ని బయటకు తీసి ఆలయాన్ని నిర్మించాల్సిందిగా ఆజ్ఞాపించాడు.
ప్రౌడరాయల కాలంలో తాడిపత్రిని పాలిస్తున్న పెమ్మసాని రామలింగనాయుడు, తిమ్మనాయుడులు 1510- 1525 మధ్యలో నిర్మించారు. విజయనగర నిర్మాణ శైలిలో వున్న ఈ ఆలయాన్ని నిర్మించడానికి ప్రత్యేకంగా వారణాశి నుండి శిల్పులను రప్పించారు. ఈ ఆలయం ఉన్న ప్రదేశంలో పూర్వం చింతచెట్లు ఎక్కువగా ఉండటం వల్ల, విగ్రహం చింతచెట్టు తొర్రలో దొరకడం వల్ల ఇక్కడి స్వామిని చింతల తిరువేంగళ నాథ స్వామి అని పిలిచే వారు. క్రమంగా చింతల వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి లేదా చింతల వేంకటరమణ స్వామి అని పిలుస్తున్నారు. ఈ ఆలయానికి ఎన్నో ప్రత్యేకతలున్నాయి. వాటిలో ముందుగా చెప్పుకోవాల్సినది సూర్యుని వెలుతురు కిరణాలు గర్భగుడిలోని స్వామి వారి పాదాలను తాకడం. ఆ తర్వాత చెప్పుకోవల్సినది ఆలయం నిర్మాణంలోని శిల్ప సౌందర్యం. ఆలయం ముందు భాగంలో ఉన్న రాతిరథం హంపిలోని ఏకశిలారథాలను పోలి ఉంటుంది. కదలిక మినహా రథానికి ఉండాల్సిల హంగులన్నీ ఉన్నాయి.. రథంలో నాలుగు అడుగుల గరుత్మండి విగ్రహం ముకుళిత హస్తాలతో దర్శనమిస్తుంది. ఆలయం చుట్టూ, లోపల అపారమైన శిల్పసంపద ఉంది.
దేవాలయ మంటపం ఈ రాతి రథం నుంచి ప్రారంభమై 40 స్తంభాలపై నిర్మితమై ఉంది.ఇది కూడా హంపీలోని విఠలాలయాన్ని పోలి ఉండటం విశేషం. ఇంకా ముఖ్యంగా చెప్పుకోవాల్సినది సూర్యుని వెలుతురు కిరణాలు గర్భగుడిలోని స్వామి వారి పాదాలను తాకడం. గర్భగుడిలోని మూల మూర్తి విగ్రహం సుమారు 10 అడుగుల ఎత్తు ఉంటుంది.
ప్రతి ఏటా ముక్కోటి ఏకాదశి నుంచి ప్రారంభించి వరుసగా మూడు రోజుల పాటు సూర్యకిరణాలు స్వామి వారి పాదాలను తాకటం విశేషం..

సీతమ్మ తల్లి తనువు చాలించిన ఆ పవిత్ర స్థలం ఎక్కడో కాదు .. అలహబాద్ మరియు వారణాసిలను కలిపే రెండవ నంబరు జాతియ రహదారికి సుమారు 4 కి. మీ. దూరంలో దక్షిణ దిక్కుగా ఉంటుంది. ఈ ప్రదేశాన్ని ‘సీత సమాహిత్ స్థల్’ అని ‘సీత మారి’ అని కూడా పిలుస్తారు. సీతా సమాహిత్ స్థల్ లో చూడటానికి ఒకేఒక గుడి ఉంది.. చూడటానికి స్మారకంలా ఉంటుంది ఈ గుడి..స్మారకం ఉన్న ప్రదేశానికి సమీపంలోనే వాల్మీకి ఆశ్రమం ఉన్నది. ఈ ఆశ్రమంలోనే జానకి దేవి మళ్లీ అడవుల పాలైనప్పుడు నివాసము ఉండేది. ఆశ్రమానికి పక్కనే లవ కుశలకు జన్మనిచ్చిన స్థలం అయిన సీత వటవృక్షం కూడ ఉంటుంది. ఇక స్మారకం విషయానికి వస్తే, అది ముచ్చటగా రెండు అంతస్థుల నిర్మాణం. పై అంతస్తులోని అద్దాల మంటపం లో అమ్మ వారి పాల రాతి విగ్రహం ఉంటుంది. అలాగే కింద భాగంలో జీవకళ ఉట్టిపడే విధంగా భూమిలోకి చేరుకుంటున్నట్టుగా చూపిస్తున్న అమ్మ వారి ప్రతిమ ను చూస్తుంటే …. ఎంతటి వారికైన బాధ కలిగించే విధంగా ఉంటుంది. వెనక గోడల మీద ఆ సంఘటనలను చూపిస్తున్న సన్నివేశపు శిలా చిత్రం కనిపిస్తుంది.
తమసా నది పరిసర ప్రాంతంలో ప్రశాంత వాతావరణంలో 90వ దశకంలో నిర్మించిన అందమైన స్మారక కట్టడం ఒకటుంది. ఈ స్మారక కట్టడం నిర్మాణం జరుగక ముందు ఇక్కడ అమ్మ వారి జుట్టుని తలపించేట్టుగా కేశ వాటిక ఉండేదని అక్కడి స్థానికులు చెబుతారు. అక్కడ మొలిచిన గడ్డి ని పశువులు కూడా తినేవి కాదట. స్మారకాన్ని నిర్మించేటప్పుడు ‘సీతా కేశ వాటిక’ ను పాడు చెయకుండ అలాగే ఉంచారు..
స్మారక వివరాల్లోకి వెళితే, దీన్ని స్వామి జితేంద్రానంద తీర్థులవారి ఆదేశం మేరకు ఇక్కడ నిర్మించారు. సన్యాసం స్వీకరించిన ఆయన ఋశికేష్ ఆశ్రమంలో కాలం గడుపుతుండగా, దేవి అనుగ్రహం మేరకు 900 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో ఉన్న ఈ ప్రదేశానికి కాలినడకన బయలుదేరి చేరుకుంటాడు. అప్పుడు ఆయన ఈ స్థలంలో స్మారకం నిర్మించాలని పరితపించి దాతలందరినీ కలుస్తాడు. చివరికి ప్రకాశ్ పున్జ్ గారి సాయంతో కల నెరవేర్చుకుంటారు తీర్థుల వారు. ఆలయం పక్కనే జీవకళ ఉట్టిపడే విధంగా తీర్థులవారి సమాధి ఉన్నది..
ఇక్కడ సీతమ్మతో పాటు శివుని విగ్రహం, 20 అడుగుల కృత్రిమ రాతి పై నిర్మించిన 108 అడుగుల హనుమంతుడు కూడ ఉన్నాడు . ఈ రాతి నిర్మాణం కింద గుహలో చిన్న హనుమన్ దేవాలయం ఉంటుంది.
బుగ్గ రామలింగేశ్వర స్వామి ఆలయం అనంతపురం జిల్లా, తాడిపత్రిలో ఉన్న ఒక ప్రాచీన దేవాలయం. ఇందులో శివుడు రామలింగేశ్వర స్వామిగా కొలువై ఉన్నాడు. ఇక్కడ పెన్నానది తీరంలో త్రేతా యుగంలో శ్రీరామ చంద్రుడి చేతి ప్రతిష్టింపబడిన లింగం కావటం చేత రామలింగేశ్వరుడుగా పూజింపబడుతున్నాడు. భక్తుల నుండి పూజలందుకుంటున్న రామలింగేశ్వరుడి ప్రతిమ త్రేతాయుగం కాలం నాటిది. బ్రహ్మణుడైన రావణుడిని చంపడంల వల్ల వచ్చే పాపం నుండి విముక్తి కొరకు సాక్షాత్తు శ్రీరామ చంద్రుడే దేశంలో చాలా చోట్ల శివలిగాలను ప్రతిష్టించారు, అలా ప్రతిష్టింపబడిన శివలింగాలలో ఇది కూడా ఒకటని ఆలయ పూజారులు కథనం.
విజయనగర రాజులు పరిపాలనా కాలంలో ఈ రామలింగేశ్వర స్వామి వారి దేవాలయాన్ని అద్భుతమైన శిల్పకళతో నిర్మించారు.. భక్తులు గర్భగుడిలోని ఆ పరమేశ్వరుడిరి దర్శించినప్పుడు ఎంతటి భక్తి పారవశ్యానికి లోనవుతారో అలాగే ఆలయ గోడల మీదున్న ఈ శిల్పాలకు అంతే మంత్రముగ్ధులవుతారు. రామాచారి అనే శిల్పకారుడు సుమారు 650 మంది సహాయంతో కొన్ని సంవత్సరాల పాటు కష్టపడి ఈ ఆలయాన్ని నిర్మించారు. ఈ ఆలయంలో శిల్ప సౌందర్యంతో పాటు ఈ ఆలయానికున్న మరో ప్రత్యేకత ఇక్కడి శివలింగం. అన్ని చిన్న పెద్ద దేవాలయాలలో ఉన్నట్లుగా కాకుండా ఇక్కడి శివలింగం ఒక ప్రత్యేక ఆకారంలో ఉంది. అలాగే ఏడాదిలో 365 రోజులు శివలింగం కింద నుండి జలధార ఊరుతునే ఉంటుంది. బుగ్గ అంటే నీటి ఊట. వర్షాలు లేకపోయినా, నీటి వనరులు ఎండిపోయినా ఇక్కడ శివలింగం కింద నీరు ఊరుతూనే ఉంటుంది. ఈ పుణ్యక్షేత్రం పూర్తిగా నల్లరాతితో నిర్మించబడినది.
ఈ దేవాలయంనకు మూడు ప్రవేశ ద్వారాలున్నాయి. ఇక్కడ మండపం నాలుగు స్థంభాలమీద నిర్మించబడి, ప్రతి స్థంభం తిరిగి నాలుగు చిన్న స్థంభాలమీద నిర్మించబడి వున్నది. ఈ నాలుగు స్థంభాను తాకితే సంగీతం వినిపిస్తుందంటారు. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం మాఘమాసం బహుళ అష్టమి మొదలు ఫ్గాుణమాసం శుద్ధ తదియ వరకు 11 రోజులపాటు రామలింగేశ్వరుని బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు జరుగుతాయి.
సుబ్రహ్మణ్యస్వామి మహిమలను గురించి కథలు కథలుగా చెప్పుకునే ఈ క్షేత్రం పశ్చిమ గోదావరి జిల్లా పరిధిలో విరాజిల్లుతోంది. అదే ‘అత్తిలి’ సుబ్రహ్మణ్యస్వామి క్షేత్రం. భక్తుల కొంగు బంగారం.. కోరిన కోర్కెలు తీర్చే కల్పతరువుగా ప్రసిద్ధి చెందిన అత్తిలి శ్రీవల్లీ దేవసేన సమేత సుబ్రహ్మణ్య స్వామివారి మూర్తి బయటపడిన తీరును ఇక్కడ వారు ఆసక్తికరంగా చెబుతుంటారు. మరో విశేషం ఏమిటంటే రోజూ గర్భాలయంలోకి సోమసూత్రం గుండా సర్పం స్వామి మూల విరాట్‌ వద్దకు వస్తుందని, అది మరుసటి రోజు ఉదయం బయటకు వెళ్తుందని ఆలయ అర్చకులు చెబుతుంటారు. ప్రతీనెలా ఈ సర్పం గర్భగుడిలో గానీ, చెరువు గట్టుపై గానీ కుబుసం విడిచి వెళ్తుందని, దానిని స్వామి పాదాల వద్ద ఉంచి భక్తులకు దర్శనభాగ్యం కల్పిస్తారు.
చాలాకాలం క్రిందట ఇక్కడి చెరువు సమీపంలో ఒక పెద్ద పాముపుట్ట ఉండేదట. దివ్యమైన తేజస్సు గల ఒక సర్పం ఆ పుట్టలోకి వెళ్లడం .. రావడం చాలామంది చూసేవాళ్లు. అయితే దానిని చూడగానే పవిత్రమైన భావన కలగడం వలన, ఎవరూ కూడా దానికి హాని తలపెట్టలేదు. కాలక్రమలో చెరువులో నీరు పెరగడం వలన ఆ పుట్ట కరిగిపోయింది.. ఆ పాము విషయాన్ని కూడా అంతా మరిచిపోయారు. కొంతకాలం తరువాత చెరువుకి సంబంధించిన మరమ్మత్తులు చేపట్టగా, గతంలో పుట్ట వున్న ప్రదేశంలో నుంచి ఏకశిలపై శ్రీ వల్లీదేవసేనాసమేత సుబ్రహ్మణ్య స్వామి వారి సుందర మనోహర విగ్రహం బయట పడింది.. అది స్వామివారి మహిమగా భావించిన గ్రామస్తులు, ఆలయాన్ని నిర్మించి ఆరాధించడం ఆరంభించారు. శిలారూపంలో గల స్వామివారి విగ్రహం చిత్రంగా కనిపిస్తూ వుంటుంది.
స్వామివారి దేహం సర్పంవలె పొలుసులతో కూడి వుండటం ఈ విగ్రహం యొక్క ప్రత్యేకత.. అత్తిలి సుబ్రహ్మణ్యస్వామి అభిషేక ప్రియుడు. ప్రతీ మంగళవారం, నెల షష్ఠి రోజున భక్తులు పంచామృతాభిషేకాలు, ప్రత్యే పూజలు చేస్తూ తమ మొక్కులు తీర్చుకుంటారు. నాగ, కుజ దోషాలు ఉన్నవారు ఈ ఆలయాన్ని దర్శించి అభిషేకాలు చేస్తారు. సంతానం లేని వారు నాగుల చీర, ముడుపులు కట్టి మొక్కులు తీర్చుకుంటారు. సంతానం కలిగాక తలనీలాలు, పటికిబెల్లం తూకం వేసి మొక్కులు తీర్చుకుంటారు. అత్తిలిలో ఏ శుభకార్యం తలపెట్టినా ముందుగా స్వామి దర్శనం చేసుకోవడం ఇక్కడి ప్రజల ఆనవాయితీ. పౌరాణికంగా అత్తిలి గ్రామం అత్రి మహర్షి తపోభూమి అని ప్రసిద్ధి పొందింది. అత్రి మహర్షి పేరు మీదుగానే అత్తిలి పేరు ఏర్పడింది అని ప్రసిద్ధి. మొదట్లో అత్రి అన్న పదమే తరవాత కాలంలో అత్తిలిగా రూపాంతరం చెందింది. అత్రి మహర్షి ఆరాధించిన శివలింగమే ఉమా సిద్దేశ్వరస్వామి వారి ఆలయంలోని మూలావిరాట్టు అని ఐతిహ్యం.

The show is enjoyable, and succeeds in being a social warning of sorts, particularly with regard to people being manipulated online. Overall, it continues to be binge worthy, and an impressive take on the genre of modern thrillers.

Money Heist, also known as La Casa de Papel, is without a doubt one of everyone’s favorite Netflix series. The characters for the show are well developed and they most definitely have a way of growing on you or at least have interesting back stories. The show leaves you on the edge of the seat with those crazy cliff hangers and tons of surprises. La Casa de Papel includes a good mix of comedy, action, and a little bit of romance. But mostly, it’s a rollercoaster ride and at the end who isn’t a fan of professor?!
The Family Man Season 1 comprising of 10 episodes of average 45 mins each and the story is makes it quite interesting to watch. It takes the complicated route of telling a story, but, conclusively, succeeds in its mission of keeping the viewers compelled and interested in what is to come. The characters had their momentous moments throughout the show, and the storyline kept getting better with each episode through and through. It is, indeed, one of the Best Shows and paves way for many more dystopian Superhero storylines that feel authentic in their approach, if you are into superheroes and comics then this show is definitely a must watch.
This is an excellent series, and more in lines of detective-crime-thriller like sherlock. There’s a touch of humour in every episode, along with suspense and thrill. The five primary characters in the show is also very endearing. All in all, it’s a must watch show for anyone who is interested in the suspense and crime genre.
2) When the Jalianwala Bagh incident occurred, Bhagat Singh was in school. He immediately left the school and went straight to the place of the tragedy. He collected the mud of that place which was mixed with the blood of Indians and worshipped the bottle every day. At that time, he was just 12 years old.

7) He along with Sukhdev planned to avenge the death of Lala Lajpat Rai and plotted to kill the Superintendent of Police James Scott in Lahore. However in a case of mistaken identity, John Saunders, the Assistant Superintendent of Police was shot. A year later, he and Batukeshwar Dutt threw bombs in the Central Assembly Hall in Delhi, and shouted “Inquilab Zindabad!”
8) Bhagat Singh coined a powerful slogan ‘Inquilab Zindabad’ which became the slogan of India’s armed struggle.
9) Although a Sikh by birth, he shaved his beard and cut his hair to avoid being recognised and arrested for the killing. He managed to escape from Lahore to Calcutta.
10) When Bhagat Singh was imprisoned in Lahore Jail, he kept a diary with him in which he penned down his fervent thoughts about freedom and revolution.
11) Bhagat Singh had fasted for 116 days in jail. It is surprising that during this time he used to do all his work regularly, such as singing, reading writing books, visiting court every day, etc.
12) Bhagat Singh had told the British that “instead of hanging they should shoot him” but the British did not consider it. He mentioned this in his last letter. Bhagat Singh wrote in this letter, “Since I was arrested during the war. Therefore, I cannot be punished for hanging. Let me be thrown into the mouth of a cannon. “This shows his braveness and the feeling for the nation.
13) When his mother had come to visit him in jail, Bhagat Singh was laughing loudly. Seeing this, the jail officials were shocked to see how this person is who is laughing openly despite being so close to death.
14) After witnessing the Hindu-Muslim riots that broke out after Gandhi disbanded the Non-Cooperation Movement, he began to question religious ideologies of the society. After that point, Singh dropped his religious beliefs. He believed that the religion hinders the revolutionaries’ struggle for independence, and started studying the works of Bakunin, Lenin, Trotsky – all atheist revolutionaries. Later on, Bhagat Singh also wrote an essay titled ‘Why I am an Atheist’ in 1930 in Lahore Central Jail.
15) He was hanged an hour ahead of the official time on March 23, 1931. It is said that Bhagat Singh was smiling when he was hanged. In fact, this was done with a fearlessness to “lowered British imperialism”. It is said that no magistrate was ready to monitor Bhagat Singh’s execution. After the deadline of the original death warrant expired, an honorary judge signed the execution order and inspected it.
16) Bhagat Singh was then secretly cremated on the banks of the river Sutlej by jail authorities. However, on hearing the news of his execution, thousands of people gathered at the spot of his cremation and took out a procession with his ashes.
His legacy will continue to live in the hearts of many.

On the individual level this might be the one of the biggest reasons for the drastic increase in the number of cases during the lockdown. Despite the guidelines of the government and the strict restrictions in place, people managed to defy those and exacerbate the spread. This increased especially when certain lockdown restrictions were slowly being lifted. People flocked to shops and other places with complete disregard to social distancing norms. This led to new clusters being formed around marketplaces and similarly crowded regions. In Chennai, for example, the contributing factor to the spike in COVID cases was the ‘Koyembedu cluster’, which is a well-known marketplace where over-crowding is a usual scene. Even on smaller scales, the blatant violation of social distancing norms in commercial and non-commercial spots, and generally in communities, were very visible and reported on.
Despite being obvious, it must be stated that India has a significant disadvantage when it comes to battling this pandemic, because of its massive population. While it must be noted that the decentralised nature of our country should’ve made the pandemic easier to manage, it sadly didn’t manifest in reduced cases (except in few states like Kerala, which managed to effectively flatten the curve). While states Uttar Pradesh and Bihar continue to have relatively lower no. of cases despite their large populations, the phenomenon is usually attributed to the lack of testing. This might also be the reason that states like Tamilnadu that have better testing rates also have steadily increasing cases. Densely populated areas like Dharavi in Mumbai, are petri dishes for the spread of the virus but has managed to successfully contain it so far. However, despite the systems in place for such large-scale management, the population factor will continue to be a hurdle in the country’s struggle against COVID-19.
Some experts point to this being a very possible reason for the emergence of earlier cases. While it was very apparent since January of this year that COVID-19 could become a global pandemic, it should’ve been imperative of the government to curb all international travel immediately and implement testing and quarantining measures for those arriving. An early ban on international travel might’ve ensured that no new clusters could form and even isolated cases that might’ve emerged later could be easily managed, hence preventing any further spread. However, this sadly wasn’t the case, which meant that by the time international travel was eventually banned, multiple clusters had already formed forcing the nation into lockdown.
It is no secret that the national lockdown was maybe terminated in the most vulnerable of times. Considering that fact that most people were clearly of the notion that the end of the lockdown would naturally mean a ‘return back to normal’, a premature national unlocking might not have been the best of ideas, inspite of the various economic pressures that might’ve risen from everything coming to a standstill. A look at other countries that managed to successfully flatten the curve, countries like New Zealand and Australia, show that a very restrictive approach towards quarantining and a aggressive testing is the only possible way. The rather inconvenient fact about a virus as contagious as COVID-19 is that it’s all or nothing i.e, a moderate approach towards curbing its spread doesn’t mean that the spread itself will be moderate in nature. It will either increase exponentially or plummet, based on whichever approach a country takes. The recent removal of lockdown meant that states now had the prerogative to decide whether they wanted to extend the lockdown or not. Unsurprisingly, some states followed suit and lifted the lockdown restrictions only to impose them again after the cases started rising rapidly.
Contact tracing is an important part of identifying new cases. It has repeatedly proven a challenge to effectively track down secondary contacts of existing COVID-19 patients, especially ones who might’ve travelled excessively or been in crowded spaces. This has become even harder after some places have started to witness community spread and multiple clusters have started to form in and around the same region. In some states, the situation has gone out of hand making contact tracing a near impossible task for the officials involved. But again, Kerala paves the way in effective contact tracing too because of its prior experience of outbreaks like the Nipah virus, making it a very valid model for other states to follow.

పూర్వం మహిషాసురుడు అనే మహాబలవంతుడైన రాక్షసుడు మరణంలేని వరాన్ని కోరుతూ ఘోరతపస్సు చేస్తాడు.. అయితే అది అసాధ్యమని బ్రహ్మ తెలుపగా స్త్రీ తప్ప ఇతరుల చేతిలో మరణంలేని వరం పొందుతాడు మహిషాసురుడు… బ్రహ్మ యిచ్చిన వర ప్రభావంతో ముల్లోకాలను జయించి దేవతలను, ఋషులను బాధించుచుండెను… దుష్ట చర్యలతో ప్రజాకంటకుడుగా మారిన మహిషాసురుడు సంహరించుటకు ఆ జగన్మాతే చాముండేశ్వరిగా అవతారము దాల్చి, రాక్షస సంహారము చేసెను. రాక్షస సంహారానంతరం చాముండేశ్వరి మాత మహిషాసురమర్ధినిగా ఖ్యాతి పొందినది. ఈ మహిషాసురుడు పాలించిన ప్రాంతాన్ని మహిషాసురపురముగా పిలువగా కాలక్రమేణా అదే మైసూరుగా మారిందని ప్రతీతి.
మహిషాసుర మారదని అయినా చాముండేశ్వరీ ఆలయం అష్టాదశ శక్తి పీఠాలలో నాలుగవది. మైసూర్ పట్టణమునకు సుమారు 13 కి.మీ. దూరమున ఉన్న చాముండీ పర్వతం పైన ఈ అమ్మవారు కొలువై ఉన్నారు.. ఈ పర్వతం సతీదేవి దివ్యాభరణాలు పడిన ప్రదేశముగా కూడా పురాణ ప్రసిద్ధి. మార్కండేయ పురాణంలో చాముండి దేవి అవతరోత్పత్తి గురించి ప్రస్తావించబడింది. మాత మూడవ అవతారంలో మహామాయ, మహాసరస్వతీ రూపిణిగా శుంభ, నిశుంభలనే రాక్షసులను వధించింది. ఆమె దేహం నుంచి వెలువడిన కాళికాదేవి చండ, ముండలను సంహరించి ”చాముండి”గా ప్రసిద్ధి పొందినది అని పురాణ కథనం.. అందుకె ఈమెను కాళికాదేవి కి దగ్గరగా పోలుస్తారు.. కొన్నిచోట్ల పార్వతి దేవిగా కూడా కొలుస్తారు. చాముండి అమ్మవారు త్రిశూలం, ఖడ్గ ధారిణియై ఉంటుంది.. అమ్మవారి వాహనం గుడ్లగూబగా చెప్తారు.. కొన్నిసార్లు శవ వాహనదారిగా వర్ణిస్తారు.. ఈమె స్మశాన నివాసి.. అందుకేనేమో ఈ అమ్మవారికి జంతుబలిని ఇచ్చి, మద్యంతో నైవేద్యాన్ని నివేదిస్తారు.. తాంత్రిక విద్యలు సిద్దించేందుకు కూడా ఈ అమ్మవారిని ఆరాధిస్తారు..

అయితే భర్తృహరి కొన్నాళ్ళ తర్వాత రాజ్య భారాన్ని తమ్ముడైన విక్రమార్కుడికి అప్పగించి రాజ్యత్యాగం చేసి దేశాంతరం వెళ్ళి పోతాడు. అనంతరం విక్రమార్కుడు ధనకనకవస్తువాహనాలతో పేరుప్రఖ్యాతులతో రాజ్యమేలుతూ ఉంటాడు. ఇదిలా ఉండగా భూలోకంలో విశ్వామిత్రుడు కఠోరమైన తపస్సు చేయసాగాడు. ఈ సంగతి ఇంద్రుడికి తెలుస్తుంది… ఎలాగైనా తపోభంగం చేయాలని రంభా ఊర్వశులను ఆజ్ఞా పిస్తాడు… ఐతే రంభా ఊర్వశుల ఇద్దరిలో ఎవరు వెళ్ళాలన్న సందేహం కలుగుతుంది.. అప్పుడు ఎవరి నాట్యం బాగుంటే వారిని పంపాలని నిర్ణయిస్టార్… అయినప్పటికీ ఆరోజు నాట్య ప్రదర్శనలో ఎవరి నృత్యం మేలుగా ఉందని నిర్ణయించలేకపోతారు. అప్పుడు ఇంద్రుడు, ఇంతటి మహామణులున్న సభలో నిర్ణయించే గొప్ప వారేలేరా? అని ప్రశ్నించాడు. అందుకు నారదుడు లేచి, ఈ సభలో కాదు భూలోకంలో విక్రమార్కుడనే మహారాజు ఉన్నాడు అతడు సకల కళాకోవిదుడు. ఆ రాజే ఈ సమస్యను పరిష్కరించగలడు కావున అతగాడిని పిలిపించండి అని చెప్తాడు..
అపుడు ఇంద్రుడు వెంటనే మాతలి అనే రథసారథిని పిలిచి విక్రమార్కుని సగౌరవముగా తీసుకుని రమ్మని ఆదేశించాడు. వెంటనే మాతలి రథాన్ని తీసుకుని ఉజ్జయనీనగరాన్ని చేరుకుని రాజా నేను ఇంద్రుని రథసారథిని, నిన్ను సగౌరవముగా అమరావతికి తీసుకురమ్మని దేవేంద్రుని ఆజ్ఞ కావున తమరు బయలుదేరవలసింది” అని విన్నవిస్తాడు. అందుకు విక్రమార్కుడు అంగీకరించి కామధేనువు, కల్పతరువు, చింతామణి వంటి దివ్య వస్తువులకు పుట్టినిల్లైన అమరావతిని చేరుకున్నాడు.
విక్రమార్కుని ఆహ్వానించిన అమరేశ్వరుడు ఇంద్రుడు తన పక్కనే ఉన్న మణిమయరత్నఖచితమైన సింహాసనమ్మీద కూర్చోబెట్టి కుశల ప్రశ్నల అనంతరం తన సమస్యను వివరిస్తాడు… విక్రమార్కా, ఈ రంభా ఊర్వశులు ఒకరిని మించి మరొకరు గొప్పనాట్యగత్తెలు. వీరిరివురి నాట్యంలో ఎవరు మిక్కిలి అని తెలుసుకోవటం మాతరంకాలేదు. నీవు సకలవిద్యా పారంగతుడవు కాబట్టి వీరిద్దరిలో ఎవరు మిక్కిలి నాట్య ప్రావీణ్యులో నిర్ణయించి తెలుపుమని కోరతాడు.. రంభ తన ప్రావీణ్యాన్ని ప్రదర్శించటానికి గాను రాగతాళయుక్తముగా గంధర్వ గానంతో శరీరము మెరుపుతీగవలె శృంగారము వర్షించునట్లు గా నాట్యం చేసింది. తదుపరి ఊర్వశి తాను జయము పొందాలన్న పట్టుదలతో భావరాగతాళ లాస్యం ఉట్టిపడేలా మనోహరముగా నృత్యము చేసింది. ఇద్దరినీ పరిశీలించినమీదట విక్రమార్కుడు ఊర్వశిని నేర్పరిగా నిర్ణయిస్తాడు.. అపుడు అలా ఎలా నిర్దారించారని ప్రశ్నిస్తాడు ఇంద్రుడు. కంటికింపుగా నాట్యం చేయటంలో ఇద్దరు సిద్ధహస్తులే. కాకపోతే ఊర్వశినాట్యం అత్యంత మనోహరమే గాకుండా శాస్త్ర పరిధులని దాటకుండా ఉంది. అందువల్ల ఊర్వశినే నిర్ణయించటం జరింది అని చెప్పాడు విక్రమార్కుడు.
దానితో అతని మేధాశక్తికి సంతోషించిన ఇంద్రుడు దివ్యాభరణాలతోపాటు నవరత్నఖచితమైన సింహాసనాన్ని కానుకగా ఇచ్చాడు. ఆ సింహాసనానికి అటు 16 ఇటు 16 మొత్తం 32 బంగారు అందమైన బొమ్మలున్నాయి. వాటిని సాలభంజికలు అంటారు. అలా సాక్షాత్తు దేవేంద్రుని దగ్గరనుండీ విక్రమార్కుడికి సింహాసనం లభించింది.

ఇలా ఇంద్రునిపై ధర్మ విజయాన్ని సాధించి, తన రాజ్యాన్ని పరిపాలిస్తుండేవాడు.. అగ్రసేనుడు శివ భక్తుడు కావటంతో.. శివుని అనుగ్రహాన్ని కోరి వారణాసిలో ఘోరతపస్సుని సాగించాడు. అగ్రసేనుని తప్పస్సుకు మెచ్చి పరమేశ్వరుడు ప్రత్యక్షమై, మహాలక్ష్మిని కూడా ప్రసన్నం చేసుకోమని సలహాను అందించగా,, అగ్రసేనుడు మహాలక్ష్మికై తపస్సు సాగిస్తాడు.. అపుడు లక్ష్మీదేవి ప్రత్యక్షం అయి.. ప్రజల కోసం వైశ్యవృత్తిని చేపట్టమనీ, వారి కోసం ఒక కొత్త రాజ్యాన్ని స్థాపించమనీ సూచిస్తుంది.. దాంతో లక్ష్మి దేవి చెప్పినట్లుగానే అగ్రసేనుడు కొత్త రాజ్యాన్ని స్థాపించేందుకు అనువైన ప్రదేశం కోసం వెతకడం మొదలుపెట్టాడు. అలా తన వెతుకులాట సాగుతుండగా ఒకచోట పులిపిల్లలూ, తోడేలు పిల్లలూ కలిసి ఆడుకోవడం కనిపించిందట. వాటిని శుభసూచకంగా భావించి, ఆ ప్రదేశంలోనే అగ్రేయ అనే రాజ్యాన్ని స్థాపించాడు… అదే కాలక్రమంలో అగ్రోహగా మారింది.. ప్రస్తుతం హర్యానాలోని హిసార్‌ జిల్లాలో ఇప్పటికీ ఈ పట్టణం ఆనవాళ్లు ఉన్నాయి..
అయితే అగ్రసేన్ మహారాజు జీవించినంతకాలమూ అగ్రేయ రాజ్యం సుభిక్షంగానే ఉంది. కొత్తవారు కూడా వ్యాపారం చేయాలనీ ఉద్దేశంతో తన రాజ్యంలో స్థిరపడదామనుకుని వచ్చే కొత్తవారికి ప్రతి ఇంటి నుంచి ఇల్లు కట్టుకునేందుకు ఒక ఇటుక, వ్యాపారాన్ని మొదలు పెట్టేందుకు ఒక నాణెము ఇచ్చే సంప్రదాయన్ని సైతం మొదలుపెట్టారట.. అయితే అగ్రసేనుని మరణ అనంతరం అగ్రేయ రాజ్యం క్షీణించడం మొదలుపెట్టింది. కొద్దిరోజుల తరవాత ఓ అగ్నిప్రమాదంలో రాజ్యం యావత్తూ కాలిపోయింది. అలా ఎప్పుడైతే రాజ్యం బూడిదపాలైందో, అప్పుడు అగ్రసేనుని సంతతి అంతా, దేశంలోని వివిధ ప్రాంతాలకు వలసబాట పట్టారట. అగ్రసేనునికి మొత్తం 18 మంది కుమారులు కాగా వీరి గురువుల పేరుమీదుగా 18 గోత్రాలను నెలకొల్పారు.

While most of the claims of animals ‘reclaiming’ their spaces, like the now-famous and extensively meme’d Italian dolphins, have been debunked, we’re able to witness how animals and birds in general have become more ‘free’. They’ve reportedly started roaming on roads and highways around the world without the threat of vehicles. Examples include animals ranging from pumas and wild turkeys to monkeys roaming on roads and streets in countries such as the United States, Thailand and Japan. Meanwhile, the lack of visitors to zoos and national parks has proven to be peaceful for many solitary animals. Some animals have also started breeding more extensively because of the absence of human activity that might’ve otherwise indirectly disturbed it. Further, people have reported seeing small animals and birds return to their backyards, which they had not seen in a long time. Hence, even on a small scale this effect of ‘nature returning’ is quite visible..
Finally, we need to mention how the lockdown has impact our own lives, irrespective of where we reside. This lockdown has further reminded us the importance of the little things we’ve always wanted to do but never got to doing. That broken window you wanted to fix, that novella you’ve always wanted to write, that instrument that you’ve always wanted to learn but had been collecting dust somewhere in your house so far. It has also given us all the time in the world to spend with the people we love. 6) Kargil war had been the one where a war was fought between two nuclear states. India had conducted its second nuclear tests in 1998 followed by Pakistan’s first. So the war in 1999 was the first between the two nations after gaining nuclear capabilities. It was also one of the few wars involving two nuclear nations.
7) During the initial days of Kargil War Pak army had blocked the ration and ammunition supply of Indian Army at forwarding posts by shelling NH 1A.
8) India did not cross LoC to cut-off Pakistani supplies and did not put up a naval blockade of Pakistan during the Kargil war, while it was capable of doing both. Both these actions could have immediately ended the war in India’s favour. India didn’t cross LoC or enforce a blockade was because India had something to lose while Pakistan didn’t. A full scale war would have destroyed Pakistan and damaged India.
9) Even though we won the battle we lost more lives as 524 Indian soldiers left this earth and around 13, 363 were gravely injured.
10) The Pakistan army disgracefully mutilated the bodies of Indian soldiers during the commencement of war. On the complete contrary Indian army treated the Pak soldiers with dignity and returned their bodies respectfully in a coffin.
11) The most important result of this war was that it emerged India as a peaceful nation in the international community while Pakistan was listed as a war hungry moron.

All the actors perform their roles well and are believable. Though the film suffers from a few minor flaws and inconsistencies, it is still one of the best Telugu thriller film ever made.

The film manages to show the ugly truth of the Taj hotel attacks, brutally and realistically, though most of the story is fictional, the scenes are extremely raw and realistic. The story is gripping, and you’ll find yourself hooked from the start. The only nitpick is that it goes a little too far into fiction, and when you are portraying a real-life event that many are still sensitive about, it can upset a few people. The Telugu dubbed version of the film is a great watch, as it has some great voice acting and good performances.

శుక్రవారం రోజు దేవికి నిమ్మకాయల దీపాన్ని వెలిగించి, పెరుగు అన్నం లేదా పెసరపప్పు లేదా పానకం లేక మజ్జిగ ఇవి కాకపొతే కనీసం పండ్లయినా దేవికి నైవేద్యము పెట్టి తరువాత సుమంగళికి ఇవ్వాలి.. కుదిరితే పసుపు , కుంకుమ , పూలు , గాజులు, జాకెట్టు ముక్క, చీరలు ఇస్తే దేవికి చాలా ఇష్టం.. తాంబూలం దానం అలాగే వారి వారి శక్తికి తగినట్లుగా దక్షిణ ఇచ్చి సుమంగళికి నమస్కారం చేయాలి.. ఇలా చేస్తే తలచిన కార్యాలు ఎటువంటి ఆటకం లేకుండా శుభప్రదంగా త్వరగా నెరవేరతాయి.. అయితే ఈ నిమ్మకాయల దీపం వెలిగించేటప్పుడు కొన్ని అంశాలు గమనించుకోవాలి.. మచ్చలు లేని వాడిపోని తాజా నిమ్మకాయలను, ఆకుపచ్చని రంగుతో ఉన్న వాటినే ఉపయోగించాలి.. అలాగే ఇంట్లో పండుగ సమయం పెద్దల తిధి కార్యాలు ఉన్న రోజున, మైల సమయాల్లోనూ నిమ్మకాయల దీపాలను వెలిగించకూడదు. పిల్లల పుట్టిన రోజునాడు పెళ్లి రోజున గాని నిమ్మకాయల దీపాలను వెలిగించకూడదు. నిమ్మకాయ దీపంతో పాటు ప్రమిద దీపం వెలిగించకూడదు. అలాగే వేరే ఊరు వెళ్లినప్పుడు మిత్రుల మరియు బంధుల ఇంట్లో నిమ్మకాయల దీపాలను వెలిగించకూడదు. ఆడవాళ్ళు, అక్క ,చెల్లిళ్ళ ఇంటికి లేదా పుట్టింటికి వెళ్లినప్పుడు నిమ్మకాయ దీపాలు వెలిగించకూడదు.
స్త్రీలు పార్వతి దేవికి నిమ్మకాయల దీపాన్ని వెలిగించి వేడుకుంటే త్వరగా దేవి అనుగ్రహం కలిగి అనుకున్న అన్నీకార్యాలు ఎలాంటి లోపాలు లేకుండా జరిగిపోతాయి.. ఈ సమయంలో ఎరుపు పసుపు రంగు వస్త్రాలు వాడితే మరి మంచిది. నిమ్మకాయ దీపం నేల మీద పెట్టకూడదు.. దీపం క్రింద తమలపాకు గాని ఏవైనా ధాన్యపుగింజలను కానీ వేసి కుంకుమ బొట్టు పెట్టి దీపారాధన చేయాలి. నిమ్మకాయ దీపం వెలిగించిన తర్వాత …, దూపం తప్పక వేయాలి.. నిమ్మకాయ దీపాల పూజకు ఎర్రని పూలనే ఉపయోగించాలి.

Coriander chutney or Kothimeera Pacchadi is made with fresh coriander leaves. It is spiced with green chillies and for a tangy flavour mint or pudina leaves are also used. A pinch of rock salt is also added to this to give it its chatpata flavour. Not just with idlis or dosas, coriander chutney is also great for stuffing sandwiches or eat munchies with.

రాజుగారు ఆ విగ్రహాన్ని రామేశ్వరం రాజుగారికి అప్పగించబోతే.. దొరికిన వారికే ఆ విగ్రహం చెందడం ధర్మం అని భావించిన,రామేశ్వరం రాజు ఆ విగ్రహాన్ని ‘కేరళపురం’ రాజుకే ఇస్తూ, మరొక మరకత గణపతిని కూడా బహూకరించాడట. అప్పుడుకేరళపురం రాజుగారు ఆ రెండు విగ్రహాలనూ తన రాజ్యం తీసుకుని వచ్చి ప్రతిష్ఠించాడు. అయితే అనంతరం జరిగిన తురుష్కుల దండయాత్రలో ఆ మరకత గణపతి కొల్లగొట్టబదగా.. ,ఈ గణపతి మాత్రం భక్తుల అదృష్టం కొద్దీ ఇక్కడ మిగిలిపోయాడు.ఈ ఆలయం ప్రతిష్ఠ కూడా ఆగమశాస్త్రానుసారం జరగలేదు. ఒక రాతిపీఠం మీద అతి సాధారణంగా ఈ వినాయక విగ్రహాన్ని స్థాపించారు. అయినా ఈ ఆలయం ఇంత ప్రఖ్యాతి చెందడానికి ఈ వినాయకుని మహిమే కారణం అంటారు భక్తులు.

Aloo Paratha is a classic. It is made in almost every household. On a lazy day, it is the best friend you need. Parathas made with mashed potatoes, spices and herbs, dipped with curd or pudina chutney is the best combination ever. Drools already!
Goey and filled with lots of cheese, you ought to try these parathas, if you love your cheese. Honestly, they are the best kind and you can never stop with just one. You either add cheese in the dough or once you fry your parathas, add them as a topping.
You can never go wrong with eggs. Eggs are super versatile and go with almost everything. There are two ways to make an Anda Paratha. You can make bhurji with your favourite spices and add it to the paratha batter and prepare them. Or, while frying the paratha, beat and egg pour over the paratha and fry it. Who has started to make one already?
Have you ever tried a Garlic Paratha? If you haven’t then you must try it right away. Crunchy, crispy, Garlic Parathas have a distinct and unique flavour because of its high garlic content. Mashed or thinly slice garlic, with lots of ghee is added to the paratha batter and then cooked. Garlic Parathe goes great with a simple red chutney.
Spicy lovers, this is just for you. If you are always looking for ways to infuse spice of some sort in your food, then must try Hara Mirchi/Green Chillies parathe. Thinly sliced green chillies are added to the batter and the parathas are fried. Try to avoid any kinds of masalas, as your green chillies flavour might be lost.
Achaar/Pachhadi is our all-time favourite. It makes even bland food taste like heaven. And, making Achaar Paratha is the easiest. Take two-three spoons for your favourite Achaar and mix it with the paratha batter. Fry these and have them with onions and Tawa burnt green chillies.
You must be familiar with Laccha paratha. Malabar Paratha or the Kerala Porotta is similar to that of North’s Laccha Paratha. Usually served with a meat-based dish, what differentiates Malabar from Laccha is that baking powder and sugar are added to make the parathas flavourful and flaky.
Dal Parathas are super comforting and usually do not require a side-dish. Usually, Dal fry is mixed with the batter or you can also use leafy dal or tomato dal as a filling. Also, if you have some leftover dal at home, you know what to do with it next.
Palak or Spinach is highly nutritious and is great for health. So if you are looking to make your Parathas healthy, add some palak cooked with your favourite spices in the batter. You can also just add boiled palak and mix it with your batter and fry it with ghee. So good, that you will keep going back to this recipe each time.
Want to add a small twist to your parathas? Then add freshly grated coconut to the batter. If you do not have access to fresh coconuts, you can also add dry coconut powder to the paratha batter. Coconut Parathas are unique and taste great sugar syrup or imly chutney.
If you’ve got a sweet tooth, then this is it for you. Gud or Gur Parathas are basically made with jaggery. The batter is loaded with jaggery and the spices and masalas are usually avoided to keep them sweet. You can have them as breakfast, meal or even as a dessert. Try them with milk and there’s no going back from that.
How can we talk of Parathas and not mention Kheema Paratha? This is an absolute delight for the meat-lovers. Minced meat like Chicken and Mutton is cooked in spices, herbs and mixed with the paratha batter. Nothing gets better than a Kheema Paratha.

చాగంటి వారు ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగి, ఫుడ్ కార్పొరేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా లో మేనేజర్ గా పనిచేస్తున్నారు. మరి ఎప్పుడూ అక్కడా ఇక్కడ ప్రవచనాలు చెప్తుంటారు.. ఆఫీస్ కి ఎప్పుడు వెళ్తారు అనే సందేహం కలుగక మానదు.. అయితే చాగంటివారు ఆఫీసుకు ఒక్కరోజు కూడా సెలవు పెట్టరు. ఒక్కసారి కూడా లేట్ పెర్మిషన్స్ తీసుకోరు. ఆయన కేవలం శనివారం, ఆదివారం మాత్రమే ప్రవచనాలు ఇస్తారు. అవి కూడా కాకినాడలోని ఒక దేవాలయంలో. ఛానెల్స్ వారు అక్కడికి వెళ్లి రికార్డ్ చేసుకుని ప్రసారం చేస్తుంటారు. ఇక కుటుంబ వివరాలకొస్తే చాగంటి వారి సతీమణి వ్యవసాయశాఖలో ఉన్నతాధికారిణి. వీరికి ఒక కుమారుడు. ఇటీవలనే అతడికి వివాహం జరుగగా… కొడుకు, కోడలు హైదరాబాద్ లో సాఫ్ట్ వెర్ ఇంజినీర్లుగా పనిచేస్తున్నారు. చాగంటి వారికి ఆరేడేళ్ల వయసులోనే తండ్రి గారు గతించారు. ఆయనకు ముగ్గురు తోబుట్టువులు.. ఒక అక్క, ఒక చెల్లెలు, ఒక తమ్ముడు ఉన్నారు. తల్లిగారు కష్టపడి నలుగురు పిల్లలను పెంచి పెద్ద చేసారు… వారికి ఆస్తిపాస్తులు లేవు. కడు పేద కుటుంబం. సంసారానికి తాను మాత్రమే పెద్ద దిక్కు అని తెల్సుకున్న చాగంటి వారు అహోరాత్రాలు కష్టపడి విద్యను అభ్యసించారు. పాఠశాల స్థాయినుంచి యూనివర్సిటీ స్థాయివరకు గోల్డ్ మెడలిస్టుగా ఎదిగారు. ఆయన ఉద్యోగంలో చేరాక తోబుట్టువుల బాధ్యతను స్వీకరించారు. అక్క, చెల్లెలు, తమ్ముడుకు అన్నీ తానై తన సంపాదనతో వివాహాలు చేశారు. కుటుంబం కోసం తన కష్టార్జితాన్ని మొత్తం ధారపోశారు. ఈరోజు వరకు తనకంటూ బ్యాంకు బాలన్స్ ఉంచుకోలేదంటే ఎవరు నమ్మరు.. కానీ అదే నిజం.. ఆయనకున్నది కేవలం రెండు పడకగదుల చిన్న ఇల్లు. ఈరోజు వరకు ఆయన మధ్యతరగతి జీవే. అలా ఉండటానికే ఇష్టపడతారు..
చాగంటి వారు తనకున్న ప్రతిభాసంపత్తిని సొమ్ము చేసుకోదలచినట్లైతే ఈపాటికి ఆయన కొన్ని వందల ఎకరాల భూములు, ఇల్లువాకిళ్ళు, మణిమాణిక్యాలు సంపాదించేవారు. కానీ ప్రవచనాలకు ఆయన నయాపైసా పారితోషికం తీసుకోరు. ఎక్కడికైనా బయట నగరాలకు వెళ్లి ప్రవచనాలు ఇవ్వాల్సివస్తే ఆయన తన సొంత డబ్బుతో స్లీపర్ క్లాస్ టికెట్ కొనుక్కుని ప్రయాణం చేస్తారు తప్పించి నిర్వాహకులనుంచి డబ్బు తీసుకోరు. ఇంతవరకు ఆయనకు కారు లేదు. ఆఫీసుకు కూడా మోటార్ సైకిల్ మీద వెళ్తారు. చాగంటి వారు పని చేసే ఎఫ్ సి ఐ డైరెక్టర్ క్రైస్తవుడు. అయినా చాగంటి వారు ఆఫీసుకు వెళ్ళగానే ఆయనే స్వయంగా వచ్చి చాగంటి వారికి నమస్కారం చేస్తారు. సెలవులను ఉపయోగించుకోమని, కావాలంటే లేట్ అనుమతులు తీసుకోమని చెప్పినా చాగంటివారు ఎప్పుడు వాటిని వాడుకోరు.. సెలవు పెట్టరు.. వారాంతపు సెలవు దినాల్లో మాత్రమే ప్రవచనాలు చెప్తుంటారు..
చాగంటి వారేదో వేదవేదాంగాలు, పురాణాలు, ఉపనిషత్తులు అవపోసన పట్టారని చాలామంది పొరపడతారు. కానీ అవన్నీ ఆయనకు పూర్వజన్మ సుకృతంగా లభించినవి అని, ఇది వారికి భగవంతుడు ఇచ్చిన వరం అని చెప్పాలి.. ఎందుకంటే ఎంత సాధన చేసిన ఇలాంటి విషయాలు ఎక్కువకాలం గుర్తుండవు.. కానీ చాగంటి వారి లాంటి వరప్రసాదితులకు మాత్రమే ఇది సాధ్యం.
తాను ప్రధానమంత్రిగా ఉన్న సమయంలో అనుకోకుండా చాగంటి వారిని కలిసిన పీవీ నరసింహారావు గారు “మీ గురించి ఎంతో విన్నాను. మీ ఆధ్యాత్మిక పరిజ్ఞానం అసాధారణం. మీ ప్రవచనాలు నాకు బాగా నచ్చాయి. ముఖ్యంగా మీ పాండితీప్రకర్ష అమోఘం. ఇప్పుడు నేను మంచి స్థితిలో ఉన్నాను. ఏమైనా అడగండి. చేసిపెడతాను” అని అడుగగా.. చాగంటి వారు నవ్వేసి “మీకూ, నాకు ఇవ్వాల్సింది ఆ పరమాత్మే తప్ప మరెవరూ కారు. మీ సహృదయానికి కృతజ్ఞతలు. నాకేమీ ఆశలు లేవు.” అని నమస్కరించి బయటకు వెళ్లిపోయారు.
ఎన్నో ఏళ్ళనుంచి ప్రవచనాలు ఇస్తున్నారని, లక్షలు సంపాదించి ఉంటారని చాలామంది భావిస్తుంటారు. అయితే ఈనాటికి కూడా ఆయనకు ఉన్నది కేవలం రెండు మూడు ధోవతులు, నాలుగు పంచెలు, నాలుగు జతల ఆఫీస్ బట్టలు మాత్రమే.. త్వరలో చాగంటి వారు రిటైర్మెంట్ కానున్నారు..
చాగంటి వారికీ చాదస్తం పాలు ఎక్కువ అని కొందరు అభిప్రాయపడతారు. చాగంటివారు ఏది చెప్పినా దానికి శాస్త్రమే ప్రమాణం తప్ప స్వకపోలకల్పితం కాదు. తన ప్రవచనాలను వినమని ఆయన ఎవ్వరిని బలవంతం చెయ్యడం లేదు. ఇష్టమైనవారు వింటారు లేనివారు లేదు. ఆనాటి ఆచారాలు, పద్ధతులు ఆయన చెబుతారు. ఇష్టమైన వాళ్ళు పాటిస్తారు.. చాగంటి వారంటే గిట్టనిఈర్ష్య పరులు FCI ఉన్నతాధికారులకు చాగంటివారి మీద అనేక ఆరోపణలు చేస్తూ ఆకాశరామన్న ఉత్తరాలు కూడా రాసేవారట.. అయితే చాగంటి వారి రికార్డు తెలిసిన యాజమాన్యం ఆ లేఖలు ఏమాత్రం పట్టించుకోలేదు..
ఇక ప్రవచనాలను ఇలా ఉచితంగా ఇవ్వద్దని, ఎంతోకొంత పుచ్చుకోమని, బంధువులు, మిత్రులు చాగంటివారిపై ఎంత ఒత్తిడి తెచ్చినప్పటికీ . ససేమిరా అన్నారు చాగంటివారు. ఆయన ప్రవచనాలను కాసెట్లుగా, సీడీలుగా అమ్ముకుని లక్షలరూపాయలు ఆర్జించాయి కొన్ని కంపెనీలు. కనీసం వాటికీ కూడా రాయల్టీ ఆశించని మహానుభావులు.. చాగంటివారికి ఏర్పడిన ప్రజాదరణను చూసి, ఆయనను ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారుగా కూడా నియమించారు చంద్రబాబు. కానీ పదవితో వచ్చే భోగాలను, సౌకర్యాలను అందుకోలేనని.. ఈ రోజుకి ఆ పదవిని స్వీకరించలేదు.. దేవాదాయశాఖామంత్రి స్వయంగా ప్రభుత్వ కారును, సెక్యూరిటీని స్వీకరించమని కోరినా తిరస్కరించారు. అంతటి మహానుభావులైన చాలా సామాన్య జీవితాన్ని మాతరమే కోరుకుంటారు..
పూర్వం విదిశా నగరంలో ఒక బ్రాహ్మణు కుటుంబం ఉండేది. ఆ దంపతులకు ఉన్న ఏకైక కుమారుడు ఇంకా ముక్కుపచ్చలైనా ఆరకుండానే.. మృత్యువు కబళిస్తుంది.. అల్లారుముద్దుగా పెంచుకుంటున్న పిల్లవాడు చనిపోవడంతో బ్రాహ్మణ దంపతుల గుండె పగిలిపోతుంది. ఆ శోకంలోనే పిల్లవాడి శరీరాన్ని తీసుకుని కర్మ కార్యాల కోసం స్మశానానికి చేరుకుంటారు… కానీ ఆ బిడ్డను అక్కడ వదిలి వెళ్లేందుకు వారికి చేతులు రావడం లేదు. ఆ పసి బాలుని దేహం పక్కన ఎంతసేపు ఏడ్చినా వారికి ఓదార్పు దక్కడం లేదు. అయితే ఇదంతా దూరంగా ఉంటున్న ఓ గద్ద గమనిస్తుంది.. బాలుడి శవాన్ని చూడగానే దానికి నోరూరుతుంది.. కానీ బాలుడి తల్లిదండ్రులు మాత్రం ఎంతకీ ఆ శవాన్ని వదిలివెళ్లడం లేదు, చీకటిపడిపోతే తను నేల మీద సంచరించడం కష్టం. ఎలా అని అనుకుని కుటిల పన్నాగంతో నెమ్మదిగా ఆ బ్రాహ్మణ దంపతుల దగ్గరకి చేరి ఇలా అంటుంది..
ఆర్య.. ఎంతసేపని మీరిలా ఏడుస్తూ కూర్చుంటారు? చీకటిపడితే భూతప్రేతాలన్నీ ఇక్కడకు చేరుకుంటాయి. కాబట్టి వెంటనే ఈ శవాన్ని వదిలేసి మీరు బయలుదేరండి అంటూ తొందర పెడుతుంది.. ఇంతలో అటుగా వచ్చిన ఓ నక్క ఈ హడావుడి అంతా గమనిస్తుంది..అక్కడ ఉన్న శవాన్ని చూసి దానికి కూడా నోరూరింది. కానీ అప్పటికే ఆ శవం కోసం గద్ద కాచుకుని ఉండటం దానికి ఇబ్బందిగా అనిపిస్తుంది.. ఆ దంపతుల్ని ఎలాగొలా చీకటిపడేవారకూ ఆపగలిగితే గడ్డ బాధ తొలగిపోతుంది, ఇక తనే ఆ శవాన్ని ఆరగించవచ్చు అని అనుకుని . నిదానంగా బ్రాహ్మణుడి వద్దకు వచ్చి పిల్లవాడిని వదిలి వెళ్లడానికి మీకు మనసెలా ఒప్పుతోంది. కాసేపు వేచి చూడండి. ఎప్పుడేం జరుగుతుందో ఎవరం మాత్రం చెప్పగలము, ఏ దేవతో వచ్చి కరుణించి మీ బిడ్డకు ప్రాణదానం చేయవచ్చు కదా.. అందుకే చీకటిపడేవరకూ వేచి చూసి వెళ్ళండి అని చెప్తుంది..
ఇలా ఆ పిల్లవాడి తల్లిదండ్రులని అక్కడినుండి పంపేందుకు గద్దా.. ఆపేందుకు నక్కా ప్రయతనాలు చేస్తుంటాయి… కొన్ని వందల ఏళ్లుగా ఈ ప్రపంచాన్ని చూస్తున్నాను. ఇంతవరకూ పోయిన ప్రాణం తిరిగిరావడాన్ని నేనెక్కడ కూడా చూడలేదు. ఈ గుంటనక్క మాటలు విని మీరు లేనిపోని ఆశలు పెంపుకుని బాధపడొద్దు.. నా మాట విని మీరు ఇక్కడి నుండి వెళ్లిపోండి అంటుంది గద్ద.. ఆ మాటలు విన్న బ్రాహ్మణ దంపతులు బయల్దేరేలోగా… ఈ గద్ద చాల క్రూరమైంది. పూర్వం రాముడు ఒక బ్రాహ్మణుడిని బతికించిన కథ వినలేదా! సంజయుడి కుమారుడైన సువర్ణదీర్గుని నారదుడు బతికించలేదా! అలాగే ఏ దేవతో, యక్షుడో రాకపోరా.. మీ కుమారుడిని బతికించకపోరా.. మీరు చీకటిపడేవరకు వెళ్ళకండి అని వారించి వాళ్ళని నిలువరిస్తుంది నక్క.
అలా అటు నక్కా, ఇటు గద్దా బాలుడి శవం కోసం వాటికి అనువైన వాదనలను అవి వినిపిస్తూ ఉంటాయి… ఈలోగా పరమ శివుడు రుద్రభూములలో విహారం చేస్తూ అక్కడికి చేరుకుంటాడు.. బ్రాహ్మణ దంపతుల అవస్థను చూసి, మీకేం కావాలో కోరుకోమంటాడు… దానికి ఆ భార్యాభర్తలు తమ బిడ్డను బతికించమంటూ కోరుకున్నారు. వారి కోరికను శివుడు మన్నిస్తాడు.. అంతేకాదు అక్కడ ఉన్న గద్ద, నక్కలకు చిరకాలం ఆకలిలేకుండా జీవిస్తాయంటూ వరమిచ్చాడు. అక్కడితో ఆ కథ సుఖాంతమవుతుంది.. కానీ ఈ కథ వల్ల… వినిపించే ప్రతిమాటా, మన మంచి కోసమే అని నమ్మకూడదన్న నీతిని తెలుపుతుంది.. కొంతమంది కపట బుద్దితో ఎదుటివారి కష్టాన్ని కూడా వారికి అనుకూలంగా మార్చుకునేందుకు ప్రయత్నం చేస్తారు.. తియ్యటి మాటలు చెప్తూనే వారి పన్నాగాల్ని అమలుచేస్తుంటారు. ఆ కపటత్వాన్ని మనం గ్రహించగలగాలి. మనం ఏ స్థితిలో ఉన్న ఎదుటి వారి మాటల వెనుక ఉన్న మర్మాన్ని పసిగట్టగలగాలి.

Ram Setu or Rama’s Bridge is a causeway that is created across the sea connecting Pamban Island in Tamil Nadu to Mannar Island in Sri Lanka. According to Epic Ramayana it was believed that the bridge was constructed by Lord Rama and Vanara Sainyam (Army).
According to some scientific research and studies the bridge is naturally made with limestone shoals. Radiocarbon dating of samples in this study suggests the domain between Rameswaram and Talaimannar may have been exposed sometime between 7,000 and 18,000 years ago.
It was reportedly passable on foot until the 15th century, but later when storms deepened the channel: temple records seem to say that Adam’s Bridge was completely above sea level until it broke in a cyclone in 1480.
The bridge is 48 km (30 mi) long and separates the Gulf of Mannar (south-west) from the Palk Strait (northeast). Some of the regions are dry and the sea in the area rarely exceeds 1 metre (3 ft) in depth.
In a 2008 court case, a spokesman for the government stated the bridge was destroyed by Rama according to the scriptures. This claim has been rejected by other observers. In connection with the canal project, the Madras High Court in its verdict stated that the Rama Sethu is a man-made structure.
The Archaeological Survey of India and the government of India informed the Supreme Court of India in a 2007 affidavit that there was no historical proof of the bridge being built by Rama.

అప్పుడు ఆ బ్రాహ్మణుడు ఆలోచించి, బృందావనంలో యమునా నది తీరం దగ్గరకు రోజూ ఇద్దరు పిల్లలు వస్తారు. వారిలో ఒక పిల్లవాడు నల్ల మబ్బు రంగులో ఉండి , పిల్లన గ్రోవి వాయిస్తూ ఉంటాడు. ఇంకో పిల్లవాడు తెల్లగా ఉంటాడు , తెల్లటి పట్టు వస్త్రము ధరించి ఉంటాడు. ఆ ఇద్దరిలో నల్ల మబ్బు ఛాయలో, పిల్లన గ్రోవి వాయిస్తూ ఉండే వాడే, నేను ఇందాక చెప్పిన కృష్ణుడు అని చెప్పి, ఆ దొంగ నుండి తప్పించుకుని వెళ్తాడు.. .
అయితే దొంగ బ్రాహ్మణుడి మాట నమ్మి బృందావనానికి వెళ్తాడు. యమునా నది తీరం వద్ద కూర్చుని, ఆ ఇద్దరి పిల్లల రాక కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తుంటాడు.. ఇంతలో పిల్లన గ్రోవి వినిపిస్తుంది.. అటు పక్కాగా చుస్తే ఇద్దరు పిల్లలు వస్తు కనిపిస్తారు.. ఆ అందమైన దృశ్యం చూసి చెట్టు దిగి, పిల్లల దగ్గరకు వెళ్తాడు దొంగ. ఆ బాల కృష్ణుడిని చూడగానే, దొంగ మనసులో ఆనందం కలిగి, అతని కళ్ళమ్మట నీళ్లు కారుతూ.. ఏ తల్లి కన్న బిడ్డో, ఇంత అందంగా ఉన్నాడు అని అనుకుంటాడు.. నగల సంగతి, దొంగతనం సంగతి మర్చిపోతాడు.. ఆ విధంగా దొంగ ఆలోచనలో మంచి మార్పు వస్తుంది…. తరువాత చూసుకుంటే ఆ దొంగ భుజం మీద నగలు నిండి ఉన్న ఒక మూట ఉంటుంది.. ఆ దొంగ అది తీసుకుని, ఆ బ్రాహ్మణుడి దగ్గరకి వెళ్లి జరింగింది అంతా చెప్తాడు..
ఆ బ్రాహ్మణుడు ఆనందబాష్పాలతో కృష్ణుడిని చూసిన చోటు, తనకు కూడా చూపించమని దొంగని అడుగుతాడు.. సరే అని ఇద్దరు కలిసి వెళ్లారు.. అలా ఇద్దరూ కలిసి ఆ చోటికి వెళ్ళగానే దొంగకి కనిపించిన బాల కృష్ణుడు, బ్రాహ్మణుడికి కనిపించడు..
అప్పుడు ఆ బ్రాహ్మణుడు బాధపడి, నిరాశతో కృష్ణుడిని నిలదీస్తాడు… ఒక దొంగని అనుగ్రహించావు కానీ కృష్ణా.. నాకు దర్శనం ఇవ్వవా? అని అడుగుతాడు.. అప్ప్పుడు కృష్ణ భగవానుడు ఇలా అంటాడు.. నీవు భాగవత పురాణమును కేవలము ఒక కథగా మాత్రమే అనుకుని చదివావు , కాని , ఇతను నువ్వు చెప్పిన కథని, మాటలని మనస్ఫూర్తిగా నమ్మాడు. అదంతా నిజమే అని నాకోసమై వచ్చాడు.. అలా అపార నమ్మకం, సమర్పణ, శరణాగతి, ప్రేమ ఉన్న చోటే నేను ఉంటాను. అని చెప్తాడు.. దీన్నే అన్యధా శరణం నాస్తి త్వమేవ శరణం మమ అని భాగవతంలో చెప్పబడింది..
హిందు క్యాలెండర్ ప్రకారం ఈ సూర్యగ్రహణం జూన్ 21న మిథున రాశిలో ఏర్పడనుంది. ఇది జ్యేష్ఠమాసం కృష్ణపక్షం రోజు అవుతుంది… సూర్యగ్రహణం అనేది విశ్వంలో జరిగే ఖగోళ సంఘటన. భూమి, సూర్యుడికి మధ్య చంద్రుడు అడ్డు వచ్చినప్పుడు సూర్యగ్రహణం ఏర్పడుతుంది. జ్యోతిషశాస్త్రం ప్రకారం సూర్యగ్రహణానికి రాహువు కారణమవుతాడని చెబుతారు. శాస్త్ర పరంగా రాహువు, కేతువులను ఖగోళ వస్తువులుగా కాకుండా ఛాయ గ్రహాలుగా పరిగణిస్తారు. పురాణాల ప్రకారం రాహువు.. సూర్యుడిని మింగడం ద్వారా ఈ సూర్యగ్రహణం ఏర్పడుతుందని చెపుతారు. ఈ గ్రహణ ఫలితంగా గ్రహాలు బలహీన పడి ఆ ప్రభావం మనుషులపై ఉంటుంది.. ఇది మానవుల యొక్క భౌతిక, మానసిక స్థితిని ప్రభావితం చేస్తుంది.. అంతే కాదు ఈ గ్రహణం వలన శుభ ఫలితాలు కూడా కలుగుతాయి..

To assess the MP performances quantitatively, we devised a scoring system that gave weights to the parameters of attendance, debates participated in, and the number of questions asked. We determined that Kanumuru Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, first-time MP from Narsapuram, is the best performing MP from Andhra Pradesh. He’s followed by Galla Jayadev (Guntur constituency), Vanga Geetha Viswanatham (Kakinada constituency), K Rammohan Naidu (Srikakulam constituency), and Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu (Narasaraopet constituency). Telangana’s best performing MP is Asaduddin Owaisi (Hyderabad constituency) but AP’s best 3 MPs outscore him while its 4th best MP nearly equals his score.
Among other pertinent statistics, AP’s oldest MP is Adala Prabhakar Reddy (Nellore) at 72 years while its youngest is Goddeti Madhavi (Araku) at 27 years. Both are first-time MPs. Kanumuru Raghu Rama Krishna Raju participated in the most debates (42) and also has the highest attendance (97%). As already pointed out, YS Avinash Reddy asked the most questions (102) followed by Vanga Geetha viswanatham (100), Galla Jayadev (91) and Kanumuru Raghu Rama Krishna Raju (91).
